Worked performed- Mitsubishi ductless units.
This review is legitimate. These guys were outstanding! Helped me out of a jam. The owner and the team finished a job that could not be completed by another vendor. Their customer service with David at the helm was over the top. He kept me informed, always told the truth, which is a rarity these days.

Breffini is the best! Interviewed many companies in Westchester. None had the expertise, capability and creativity to do the job.. We were very lucky to find Breffini. They are true professionals in the field of HVAC installation, service and maintenance. They protected the aesthetics and integrity of the home while designing/installing a brand new HVAC system (air source heat pump) and they did a superb job. They are really good people too! Highly recommend!

Finding a qualified WSHP technician was a frustrating task. I contacted many HVAC companies in NY before finding Breffni Mechanical. Where other companies were slow to respond, vague in details or sometimes outright dishonest, Breffni was not only responsive but listened to my concerns and offered possible solutions with costs at each recommendation for my old noisy ptac units.
It is truly a breath of fresh air to work with owners of a business who care more about solving a customer's problem than making the biggest sale. They are honest people, period. Their team of technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and polite, They came to my home as scheduled, patiently answered all my questions and completed the work, while being careful not to leave any mess. I don't usually write reviews but I feel the quality of service that Breffni gave warranted my testimonial. Breffni Mechanical.. a heartfelt thank you for all of your help.
