Called about vent cleaning, but got a completely unacceptable start with the receptionist - extremely rude on the phone. As it happens to be a black-owned business, I'm truly let down and regret taking the time to seek them out. If possible ratings went below zero stars they'd still be at that level - the first interaction you have with any company sets the tone. The person answering the phones should clearly take pride in representing their business.

I had three HVAC companies come out to investigate my issue, but only Metropolis took the time to actually identify the problem and fix it on site. The other two were lazy, didn't bother checking for the cause before suggesting a replacement system, which would have been expensive. Their lack of effort was frustrating. Metropolis, on the other hand, showed honesty and integrity, making them the clear choice. I'd highly recommend them without hesitation.
