Called them last minute for an emergency fix, got Randy who handled the issue promptly and efficiently. Fair pricing and great communication - on time and professional. As a newbie to home ownership, he took the time to answer my many questions about the heating system, which was really helpful. Thanks!

After multiple tries, the gas furnace finally gave up and needed replacing. The company's response to my calls was great, their technicians arrived on time, were knowledgeable and communicated clearly - and they got it done without breaking the bank.

Maximum Indoor Company gets a thumbs up from me - they're dependable and trustworthy. Needing emergency assistance, they arrived promptly the following morning. The job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Their prices are reasonable too.

We had a boiler fail in freezing temperatures and needed assistance ASAP. They got back to us right away and fixed our old unit, getting it working again. When we decided to upgrade to new equipment, they were more than happy to help. Their technicians are speedy, tidy, and courteous. We appreciate the heads-up text with a photo of the coming tech and the live tracker showing where their van is. The job was done efficiently and effectively. We're thoroughly satisfied and stick with them for our heating system's maintenance needs.

We recently had a mixed experience with Maximum Indoor Comfort after we moved into our new home. They responded promptly to our AC leak issue, but later encountered another problem with our boiler. The convenience of their availability was actually a double-edged sword - while the initial service call cost was reasonable, subsequent quotes were astronomical.

The diagnostic process revealed more issues than initially expected, and the final bill came as a shock. To make matters worse, our basement flooded after the work was completed, which was another surprise. The manager's response was unhelpful, downplaying the unrelated nature of both incidents and offering a paltry $100 discount on an already exorbitant price.

What did save them from a total zero-star rating were the knowledgeable and courteous technicians who visited our home. Unfortunately, this wasn't enough to salvage our experience with Maximum Indoor Comfort, and we won't be using their services again.

I've had a long-standing relationship with this company, and they consistently exceed expectations. Among the various heating/cooling service providers I've used, they stand out as the best. Their technicians are skilled and courteous, making sure to maintain a tidy workspace and clean up after themselves. They're punctual for appointments and send reminders in advance. What impresses me most is their proactive approach: they identify potential issues with my system before they become major problems. I'm thoroughly satisfied with their service and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

I had a heating issue on a weekend and called this company in an emergency. The staff were very responsive, arranged a visit the same day, and the technician showed up promptly. They were courteous and skilled. Unfortunately, their prices are steep. I was quoted $450 for just diagnosing the problem, which might be reasonable given it was a Saturday call. However, they wanted to charge another $1000 to replace the faulty part. After getting a second opinion, I ended up fixing it myself at half that price.

I booked an appointment quickly, which was convenient. MIC keeps me updated via text with details about the technician's arrival, including their name and location. This feature is helpful as it lets you know when they're on their way.

The technician, Randy, showed up right on time. He was friendly and very professional. I appreciated his patience and thorough explanations of the issue with my system. Although he didn't pinpoint the exact problem, he presented me with two possible causes and explained each option in detail. Overall, the service was top-notch.

I'm very happy with how Paul O'Neill and his team handled my air con repairs, particularly their collaboration with the electrician who worked on it.

I've had nothing but top-notch service from Maximum Indoor Comfort when it comes to resolving my heating woes. The real challenge came with a poorly wired thermostat in my 3-zone tankless system, which caused issues across all three floors of my home over the past year. That's where Randy, Yuri, and their team stepped in – they did one diagnostic visit and nailed the problem.

What really impressed me was their speed and professionalism. The way they quickly identified the issue and provided a solution on the spot demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. I was so pleased with the outcome that I signed up for their annual maintenance program without hesitation.

Randy, Yuri, and the rest of the team far exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to excellence and efficient problem-solving make them an ideal choice for anyone's heating needs. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Maximum Indoor Comfort – they truly deliver!

I don't usually leave reviews, but my second experience with this company exceeded expectations. They accommodated my schedule quickly for routine maintenance. What impressed me was that they reused the same technician I had previously worked with - Mario - who is very polite and knowledgeable. This level of consistency and service quality earns them a spot as a reputable provider, and I'd confidently recommend them to others.

Maximum Indoor Comfort delivered on their promise, fixing my heating system efficiently. Technicians Kyle and Abdul demonstrated exceptional professionalism and completed the work within a single day. The team's prompt response before, during, and after the service was impressive. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the repair job.

Paul from Maximum Indoor Comfort did a great job figuring out what was wrong with our AC. We're very satisfied with his professionalism and the service he offered.

Avoid this company at all costs. They made my situation worse than when they arrived and caused unnecessary damage by fixing a simple issue. The subsequent repairs cost over $400 but only lasted 3-4 days. Their work was completely unprofessional - I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

I previously gave this company a five-star rating and signed up for their membership program four years ago. However, over the past year and a half, my experiences with administration have been frustrating - sorting out appointments and understanding what's included in the membership has been a hassle. The technicians remain professional, but I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the trouble. If you're considering this service, be aware that there are other providers in the area offering similar quality work.

This company provides top-notch service with fast response times on the phone. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and they show up exactly when promised. They completed the job efficiently and left the site spotless. The sales pitch was straightforward without being pushy, offering alternatives and transparent pricing that's hard to beat – I highly recommend them.

Beware of this company. The initial service was satisfactory, with courteous and helpful technicians. However, five years later, we discovered that the installation didn't include closing out the permit. When we brought it to their attention, they claimed an additional $925 in fees would be required. Initially, they said the permit was included in the price. We found out from the building department that no inspections were conducted and no effort was made to close the permit. The manager provided numerous excuses. Be cautious and ensure the permit is closed before making final payment.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We had the misfortune of signing up with this maintenance service provider, which proved to be an unmitigated disaster. Our issues with the condenser unit escalated last week when water poured into the attic and onto the ceiling. The technicians visited and charged a whopping $4,100 for repairs that included replacing several parts - including an unnecessary shut-off detector meant to prevent future leaks. Yet, just a week later, the problem persisted. The technician admitted that the unit wasn't fixed, the coil needed to be replaced, and the detector was never even installed. They offered a paltry reimbursement of $1,500 before hitting us with a new quote for a total price tag of $17,000. When we requested a breakdown of the work done, they refused point-blank. This company's incompetence and dishonesty are staggering - attempting to justify subpar work is a futile effort that could lead down a never-ending rabbit hole.

As a first-time home buyer, I thought I'd found a great deal with this seller. Unfortunately, they didn't consider the retrofits would be worth it when selling me the unit. They also told me I needed to update my furnace to support it after I bought it - I wish they'd pitched me an all-in-one solution instead of leaving me to troubleshoot for months.

After getting multiple second and third opinions, I was advised to downsize to a smaller unit, which the seller did do without offering any price concessions. So, I paid for a larger unit that got downsized anyway, and then had to replace my furnace. It's been a costly and frustrating experience. The only good thing is that they sold me the unit at a lower price than some of their competitors. However, trust me when I say you'll be better off paying a bit more and choosing a different company.

I've had a terrible experience with Maximum Indoors' technicians. Two polite guys showed up to fix an AC issue in my attic, but it only made things worse.

They charged me a whopping $4,104 for various services that turned out to be unnecessary. The breakdown was:

    - A $499.76 job to clean the condensate pipe from my furnace or AC
    - A new condensate pump and drain tubing for up to 30 feet: $1,112.72
    - Two technicians' fees: $1,431.14
    - An automated switch that would alert me in case of a leak: $726.17

But just one week later, I noticed a major water leak coming from my ceiling. It turned out the pipe had never been cleaned or purged, and the automatic shutoff switch had never been installed - it wasn't even needed since the problem wasn't with the new pump. Paul told me it was a broken coil in the unit.

The "solution" was to replace the entire AC unit for around $18,000. And get this: they were offering me a flat rate of that price after giving me a $1,500 credit for the previous mistake, which had already cost me $4,104. It seemed like they just wanted to sell me something I didn't need.

As we went over our concerns about the deal, Paul started going back and forth between inside and outside the house, negotiating with his boss on the phone. Then he just left without saying goodbye. When I called the office to find out what happened, I was told that Paul had left because he thought the door was closed.

The "deal" remained the same: I'd need to pay an additional $18,000 for a fix that would have cost me around $6,300 online with delivery. And they're still trying to make up for it with a vague promise of a $1,500 credit. Needless to say, I'm not happy about this at all.
