While I was happy with my experience, there's one thing that keeps me from giving maximum satisfaction: the cost of the parts and labor. The total bill came out to $1,241.76, which includes a substantial service fee.

It's worth noting that the prices for the parts themselves were nowhere near what Maximum Indoor Comfort charged on the invoice. I've looked up the costs online, and they're significantly lower. However, I'm grateful for Gardner's honesty and integrity, which made all the difference in my experience. His professionalism and expertise are certainly strengths of this company.

Despite mixed feelings about the price, I'd still recommend Maximum Indoor Comfort to others - mainly because of exceptional technicians like Gardner who can make a significant impact on customer satisfaction. However, it ultimately depends on whether the company prioritizes integrity over profit margins. If their training programs focus on honesty and transparency, then I'm more likely to wholeheartedly endorse them.

We initially hired this company three years ago to install a high-velocity system in our home, and at the time, we were satisfied with their service. The owner, Yeudy, had a more personal touch, which we appreciated.

However, two years later, we started experiencing issues with a leaking ceiling, similar to other customers who had mentioned this problem. We paid for repairs, including adding a drain pipe and having a plumber work on the emergency shutoff sensor, which was supposed to prevent water from entering our ceiling.

A year after that, the issue persisted, and Paul, one of the technicians, suggested making significant changes to address it, including removing the previously recommended drain pipe and installing an additional pump system at a cost of between $3,000 and $7,000.

I called Yeudy about the faulty emergency shutoff sensor, but he deflected my concerns, saying it was not under warranty. Instead of taking responsibility, he became evasive. To make matters worse, Paul left without discussing further with me after calling Yeudy to explain the issue.

It's clear that something has changed within this company. The personal touch and human approach that initially set them apart have given way to defensiveness and poor service. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options.

In a surprising twist, our plumber was able to fix the leak using an existing drain pipe and a PVC pipe, revealing that the emergency shutoff device actually works fine, but it was installed incorrectly by MIC.
