This place is great! They can supply a wide range of supplies. They can just look a a faucet part and know exactly what you need. They are extremely knowledgeable. I go to them for all of my plumbing, heating, and repair needs.

Al was great. A real funny guy. This plumbing store is a keeper of you need replacement parts for old plumbing items. I have a 1965 American Standard faucet in my bathroom and I needed the cartridge replaced and that's the only place I could find it. The only thing is there is no parking on that little street

This is a store where the service people are knowledgeable and care! They carry a wide range of stuff and want to help. I went in to get a replacement washer for a funky laundry room sink faucet. The man behind the counter said he needed to see pictures of the whole faucet if I didn’t know the brand, which I didn’t. When I went back he recognized the faucet and found me a washer to fit, and gave me directions of how to install it. That evening, we fixed the sink. No more leaking! Thank you! Thank you!

Tommy in the warehouse Yelled at me on the phone because he was exasperated by me following up on the broken part I received via online order. This was after some back and forth where he told me to email and then never responded to my email. I was able to prove definitively that the part was broken by swapping it out with a working part on a different radiator. To be clear - the urgency here is that it’s the middle of winter and this was a part for a heater. At no point during the exchange did he just offer to send a replacement or express any amount of wanting to help solve the issue. He just acted like he wanted to be rid of me and that I was definitely wrong.

When I asked if he felt it appropriate to yell at a customer, he accused me of yelling at him (I was not, I just had the audacity to contradict him when he insisted there was no way a part could be defective and that the issue must be my heating system and air vents last for years and years) he then hung up on me.

Very thankfully, someone from the team at one of the manhattan stores was incredibly helpful, kind, and sent me a replacement part immediately. The replacement part is working with no issues, further proving the original part faulty.

Scott and Jairo are the best. They helped me source a stem extension for a prehistoric delta shower body. Scott literally walked me through the website over the phone. Jairo was the one who found the actual part for me.
