We have been totally thrilled with the results of the landscape work we had done on our new property. Southern Landscape essentially took raw land and transformed it into a visually appealing and beautiful addition to our property.

Absolutely the worst company in Sandhills.. Company says they come out to your house and treat lawn for weeds and fertilize it. Never showed up at all then try and charge you for services. Tell the owner Mr Billy Gray about it and he does not care.. He said his employees were at my house. Tried telling them there was no way they were at house because security system never picked them up at being at house and that he never would have been able to do backyard because there was a lock 🔒 on gate.. Mr Gray continues to say that we are responsible for paying for the services that were never done on yard.. Abd then wants to put it in collections.. MR BILLY GRAY AND MR REEVES AND HIS COMPANY IS A ABSOLUTE JOKE.. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THERE COMPANY AT ALL

Their pictures looks good and reviews sound good. Attempted to reach them for 1 week with a total of 2 online form submissions and 4 phone calls with messages, never heard anything back.

We have been extremely satisfied with your service and get many complements on our yard. The crew is always dressed appropriately. Trucks are clean. If I am at home I like to talk to the supervisor of the crew just to see how things are going.

The only thing is that I would like to be able to talk to someone in English. Maybe the Supervisor for the crew could wear a different color hat or something.

From the first step of the design with Jennifer to working with Jon Privot and his crew; they were absolutely amazing! Professional with the project, personal with ideas and dependable. Consistent with the project and price. Beautiful job with the hardscape and landscape!

Every aspect of Southern Landscaping is top notch, from the design team headed by Kevin Hardt, to the maintenance team, There are stand outs at every level and not one time have I disappointed. There has only been one time where I have needed to mention a problem and it was taken care of in an immediate fashion and without question. If asked who I would choose to design (Kevin Hardt) project manage (John Privott) or maintain my landscaping, there would be zero hesitation in recommending Southern Landscaping. I called the southern landscape group to come out to my house to look at some drainage issues I am having. It took over a week for a representative to call me back but once they did, we scheduled a time to come out and look at it. Kevin Hardt came out and seemed very helpful with identifying the problem and recommending a solution. He took some measurements and said he would run some numbers and get back in touch with the prices. Now, over a month later I have still yet to hear back from Kevin or the Southern Landscape group. He has not responded to my emails asking for the quote. It would seem like my relatively small residential drainage issue wasn't worth their time or they didn't care to gain a new customer. I would have much preferred for Kevin to tell me up front that this was a job he wasn't interested in doing rather than unprofessionally ignoring me. If you have smaller residential jobs, I would not try to give Southern Landscape Group your business because they apparently don't care to have it.

The Southern Landscape Group recently completed an extensive project in the front of our house, and we could not be happier with the results of their work. The severe slope of the yard required an innovative design to address an ongoing erosion problem and one that created a sense of scale that complimented our home. The beautiful design created by Jennifer Riley accomplished both objectives. Jennifer’s design incorporated a series of retaining walls to create unique planting areas for a variety of trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground cover that will provide interest and color throughout the year. The construction of our project was managed by John Privott who did an excellent job keeping the project on track and was very receptive to any of our questions or concerns. We also want to acknowledge the incredible work of Pedro and his constriction team who brought the design to life. Their attention to detail and high-quality work is reflected in our beautiful new landscape. It has been a pleasure working with all of the dedicated and talented professionals of The Southern Landscape Group.

Briefly, Miss R, Designer, was great to work with, designing our new patio. The construction folks and office staff - very competent, professional and pleasant. As w/ many businesses, Hispanics are prominent in their labor force. Certainly, that's NOT a negative, and in the case of the TSLG, their folks were wonderful. Language/communication challenges aside - how friendly, cooperative, dedicated, diligent and skilled. All said, TSLG got'er done. I'm a satisfied customer and recommend them, w/o qualifications!

We were very pleased with the process - from the design of our hardscapes, plant selections, and placement - to the completion of the installation and irrigation of our project. The Southern Landscape Group is hands-down the best landscaping company I have ever done business with. Punctual, communicative, and incredibly detailed and conscientious with their work. I had an irrigation system and sod installed at my home, and we have become the envy of the entire community. I regularly have neighbors and contractors stopping by to ask me about my lawn. It is so good that some unscrupulous companies are trying to claim it as their own work! Don’t be fooled. The Southern Landscape Group is the only company you want to go with.

Jennifer Riley did an absolutely fabulous job designing every aspect of the overall landscape design for me. She was extremely proactive understanding my requirements and involving me in the process the entire way. She assisted with the HOA application submission as well as local water authority interaction and designed a beautiful plan for my entire property. The team that did the installation were perfectionists and did a great job. I recommend TSLG very highly.
