We recently had Kris to our home in Apex to install a new ceiling fan and outlet for our screened in porch. Things went so smoothly and he did such a nice job that we asked him to come back a few weeks later to install a few more ceiling fans and diagnose an ungrounded exterior outlet.

Not only did Kris do an excellent job installing the ceiling fans, keeping the surrounding paint/finish unharmed, and cleaning up when the job was done, he also walked around with us when diagnosing the ungrounded outlet, explained what he was seeing, and fixed things quickly. He uncovered some some improperly done DYI work from a prior owner in our crawl space which was causing several outlets to be ungrounded, and he cleaned up some exposed wires while he was at it.

Kris is knowledgeable, experienced (in both commercial and residential), communicative, and punctual. He'll be honest with you about the work that he's doing, and he'll do it at a fair rate. Hire Kris!
