Honestly so happy to have found this family business! They were wonderful + accommodating + super communicative--and extra convenient that I could just text them everything to set up the appointment and get details up front. There were no surprise costs and overall the price was really affordable [especially since I opted for the neutralizing deodorant. Normally I would avoid ANY fragrances (those "fragrant" chemicals typically give me headaches) and honestly when I first smelled it I was concerned BUT the smell dissipated quickly and I'm overall REALLY happy with the results! Since we have 6 properties in the Triangle... these guys are definitely going to be my go-to carpet cleaners from now on!

Big shout out to Apex Peak Carpet Cleaning!!! My senior rescue had an accident in two bedrooms that have carpet a few months back. I tried blotting and cleaning myself but stains settled in and no luck getting these rugs cleaned. Until Apex Peak Carpet Cleaning came and cleaned both rugs and got the old stains out!! Great experience with this company, it is a small company that is family owned and run. The owner came out and cleaned a very dirty carpet in my master and an area rug. He was efficient, courteous, and did a really great job. We’ll definitely use again and recommend!

Hratch, from Apex Peak Carpet Cleaners, showed up on time, was so personable, and did a great job on carpeting in two bedrooms and a living room rug that was dirty and smelly because of two dogs and two cats. The rug smelled so much better after he finished cleaning it! Hratch even told me how an issue with the bedroom carpeting could be repaired, which I appreciated. I've used Quartz Cleaning Service for over 5 years and I have found them to be very flexible in moving cleaning times. They are punctual and communicate if there are any delays. Their cleanings usually consist of a 2-3 man crew completing work in about 1.5 hours.

Quartz Cleaning (previously Lisa’s Cleaning Services) has provided interior cleaning of our home since 2015. Their services have remained consistent, continuing to meet our expectations. The random time we were less than satisfied, it only took one call/email to the owner and it was addressed. While staff has shifted, service has not = training is spot on.

We have been a customer of Quartz for years and always enjoyed their service. They are punctual and do great job. Jack, the owner, is very easy to communicate with for updates or any changes needed. I definitely recommend them.
