Alex is the absolute best in the area. A consummate professional always striving to be better and going far and beyond for his clientele. His knowledge of pest control is second to none and he knows his North Carolina biology like no one else so he’s very brilliant where he needs to be. I am a local builder here in the area and I will continue to recommend Alex to my clients as it seems like an ongoing problem here in the Triangle with Home Owners complaining about their existing pest service.

I had Stomp Pest Control for years and Orkin before that and as soon as I heard Alex was starting Riddem, it was a no brainer for me to make the switch. Customer service, value, responsiveness, ethical, and you get a sense of friendship with him as well. He makes it known that he’s not just some guy spraying your house, he’s like an extension of our family. I trust him when nobody is home, lock it up when you are finished and text me later. It’s that sort of relationship building that will continue to make him successful. One cannot put a dollar figure on the importance of trust. He’s a “do what I say”
person not “say what I do”.

spending HOURS researching/calling several other pest control companies. Alex is knowledgeable (so smart!), patient + an absolute pleasure to work with. He's easy to get ahold of, quick to reply back and get an appt with + very appropriate with his plan of action. Alex is extremely thorough in his inspections. He found evidence of a minor mice issue in our crawl space that 4 other pest control companies had missed during their inspections. He's thoughtful, takes his time + prides himself on building lasting relationships with his clients. I'm a mother to 2 little ones + feel incredibly comfortable having Alex visit while I'm home alone with both kids......this is most definitely not always the case within the service industry. My kids refer to him as their "friend Alex". Simply cannot recommend him enough!!!! We'll be lifelong customers.

I called Alex to help me with a wasp nest. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He informed me that he found a second wasp nest that he promptly removed as well. He was done within the hour. Highly recommend Riddem if you have unwelcome bugs moving in!

Recently stayed at an Airbnb in Apex North Carolina. When we arrive to the house, we noticed a significant amount of ants in the kitchen and entryway. We notified the owner of the Airbnb. In a very timely manner, Alex showed up and got the work, eliminating the ant problem. Very professional and efficient.

We greatly appreciated his sensitivity to environment and absolutely no pressure to spray perimeter and add unnecessary toxic services to the job. Educational too. Seriously badass. Thank you!

We couldn’t recommend Alex and his services more! He was so quick to respond and came out within 24 hours to help us with some yellow jackets that decided our kids’ play area was now their home. There were so many other companies I had called to obtain services for wasps that decided to make our HVAC a comfy home, yet every company I reached out to were unwilling to go up on a ladder or properly investigate the issue.
