I had a great experience with Element Service Group! Sebastian and the team were super efficient, getting everything done quickly without any hassle. What I really appreciated was how informative they were—Sebastian took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions, which made me feel really confident in their work.

The whole team was professional, but also very approachable and easy to work with. It’s clear they care about providing excellent customer service, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a reliable and friendly company, I highly recommend Element Service Group!

Jeorell went above and beyond helping to get our A/C running again. He helped my wife put a portable unit in the window for her elderly mother. Then he did a thorough search to find the right blower motor ahead of schedule.

Element Service Group LLC kept us informed of our appointment time and were even able to see us earlier than expected. The technician was polite and informative and able to identify the problem with our AC unit and fix it within an hour of arriving!

I've had such great service with Element and wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everyone is quick to respond, pleasant, and very polite. Expectations are always exceeded and explanations are clear. I especially appreciate that they don't try to sell more than I require. They are always punctual, very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous.

Came by for a plumbing inspection, and did a great job pointing out things while being honest about what's actually worth fixing.

Our unit wasn't cooling the house so we used the 24hr service the call was answered right away the info was given to the on call service center within minutes the technician called and was at the house in less than an hour. Aaron came out he was very professional, kind and knowledgeable he looked at the unit saw the problem and better yet solved the problem. We have been using Element since 2017 we have never been disappointed with their service. Thank you Aaron for your time and help.

Jaiden was easy to communicate with, and was able to fix our tricky AC issue. We are happy with his service and because of that, we decided to sign-up for a regular AC maintenance. Definitely, 5-stars!

I have really enjoyed my experience with Element Service Group. I've had no trouble scheduling service and Zach George has been a terrific technician. He not only takes the time to explain in detail what needs to be repaired, he can also explain the reasons behind the repair and the science of how the system operates. Top notch service all around, five out of five stars.

Element provides wonderful service. Mario is the most polite service person I’ve encountered. He takes photos and explains thoroughly all the work he is doing as well as what is needed. Can’t say enough good things about the company.

Service was amazing from the scheduler to the technician being able to take care of the issue promptly. The office staff was very friendly and responsive. It was the hottest day of summer and we were able to get a technician within twenty four hours. Jeorell was our tech. He was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and fix it in about forty five minutes. He even handled a wasp situation with good humor. I highly recommend the company.

Dexter was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the issue.

The technician was competent respectful and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning system quickly and effected the repair on site immediately. Highly skilled and excellent representative of his company.

The third time was a charm. It was some damage wiring on the main furnace, which Bernard was able to repair. He did a fantastic job and I’m very pleased that I have air conditioning now. Thank you, Mr. Bernard job well done.

Absolutely amazing work! The crew that they sent out was very respectful, worked diligently, and made sure to clearly communicate next steps and keep me informed throughout the process. They worked very efficiently and got the job done in record time. Kyle, the manager, also kept me updated and in touch about post-work updates. Overall, way better than the personal maintenance team at my apartment! So glad they took care of our repair. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone in their area. Thank you Element!

I have been working with this company for a couple years now and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I work with Kyle and Ryan and they soar above most in the business. The first thing you notice when you meet Kyle or Ryan, as they are both nicely dressed, clean, punctual and above all More polite than anyone I’ve ever met in this field. They will jump through hoops to get you what you need and get you up and running as soon as possible. If there was a 10 star review, I would leave that!
