I was very pleased with your technician Mario Gutierrez repair. He explained to me what the issue was and also showed me what part was the problem and from there he got the part and fixed it. He also explained that I should have further maintenance done on the furnace which my daughter and I agreed that we should go ahead and set that up to be done. I was very pleased with his work and his explanations of what service that I would need further.

Tim was professional, empathetic but most importantly thorough in his delivery of what the next steps are in resolving my water heater issue. His follow through and completion of my install was beyond the five star rating I am able to leave.Thank you Tim and Element Service Group for being the BEST PLUMBING COMPANY IN APEX!!!

My repairs were completed within 2 days of my request. Nick arrived at the scheduled time and was done in record time. He also checked to make sure there were no other plumbing problems in the house and answered additional questions. There were leakage issues and part replacements. Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. No mess left behind to clean up. I am so happy with my two new faucets and would call Element Service Group again for any plumbing issues.

Nick and his crew were outstanding. I also was very appreciative that they offered a free estimate. Several other big companies would not even give a rough order of magnitude without a $79 fee for one and $89 for the other company, their price was right. His response to our call was prompt. He was able to schedule us to meet our timeline. He did not try to force up sales after a short recommendation and discussion. The work was done efficiently. We are very happy with our choice using Element Service Group to replace our 14 year old water heater. I am going to use him for our ageing HVAC system.

I’d like to extend a big thank you to Nick and the new plumbing department at Element Service Group. They’ve consistently done an excellent job maintaining my HVAC system, so when I learned they had started a plumbing department, I expected the same level of professionalism—and they delivered.
They provided a courtesy plumbing inspection and thoroughly checked my entire home. I’m happy to say everything received a big check mark. The only recommendations were simple maintenance items to help keep everything in great condition and give me peace of mind about my plumbing.
I highly recommend their team. I’ve lived in this home for 40 years and have had many different tradesmen work here, but today I realized I’ve finally found the right company. -
I don’t recommend this business. They put a new system in my house summer of 2023 however the system was performing poorly. Called me to fix it because we didn’t have any heat during winter. They sent a technician that spent 5 hours trying to figure the problem. He changed the thermostat due to being a wrong one. During this process he was talking to his boss to walk him through it. That didn’t solve the problem. Called again but they refuse to come back and they quote me $1000. For better understanding I called different companies in the area. The new company which is Iceland breeze, they provided a report stating that the line that they run for the unit is wrong 1/4 . The new unit requires 3/8 so I called me again. After I confronted them with report they agree to put a new line and believe it or not that fixed the entire issue. My unit is working now thanks to report for island breeze company. Toke two years and a lot frustration to get this issue resolved. They never Apologize for their failure and the harm they cause me and my family. I don’t recommend them to anyone, they are money hungry and they very rude.

Service visit created additional risk and cost
The HVAC unit was already not working when the technician arrived. I confirmed that the outside HVAC disconnect still had its fuse, so basic power was present. During the service visit, however, a component from the outside unit was removed and the work was left incomplete. The company has since refused to take responsibility.
Because of this, I cannot get a proper diagnosis without first replacing the removed part—if it still exists. If that component is no longer available, I may be forced to replace the outside disconnect box, creating a major and unnecessary expense caused by this visit.
What should have been a straightforward diagnostic situation has now turned into added risk, delay, and cost. HVAC work requires accountability, and I would strongly caution others before using this company
I essentially paid these people a diagnosis' fee for them to create another layer of problems
