Nick, was awesome in letting me know what is wrong with my water pressure. He is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him to do my plumbing, and your plumbing needs.

Arron was great from start to finish answered all my questions 10 out of 10 he was great.

Aaron got my heat pump repaired in record time and right before the extreme cold. Element walked me through the entire process and were always available to answer any and all questions.

Jeorell Carrington from Element Services Group did an excellent job in getting my air conditioner working. Jeorell, was very nice & courtesy and knowledgeable of what was happening with my unit.

I had Nick Parsons from Element Service Group out for an inspection, and it was the most painless experience ever.
Usually, I brace myself for a high-pressure sales pitch, but Nick was a total pro. He was super thorough, explained exactly what he was looking at, and gave me the honest truth instead of trying to find "problems" that weren't there. It’s rare to find that kind of transparency.
If you need someone to give you the straight scoop on your property, call Element and ask for Nick. He’s punctual, professional, and actually makes an inspection feel like a breeze!

I was truly blown away by the level of service and communication from start to finish. Kyle was absolutely on top of everything, providing frequent updates and communicating clearly every step of the way. We genuinely felt like we were his only customer. Andrew, who came out to walk us through the new thermostat, was also fantastic, super helpful and patient. The entire crew working in this intense heat was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I couldn’t believe how smooth the whole process was. Impeccable service. I would confidently recommend them to anyone!

These guys are Pros. Honest and no pressure sales. Great prices and great service. I can't recommend Element enough.

Mario was amazing. He even cleaned inside the unit because I told him we have allergies. He was the tech both times and he was great. There really are not alot of great people and workers out there but he is one of them. Element services should feel very lucky that they got a good one!

I was very pleased Mario the technician gave me a call ahead of his arrival and was on time. Mario answered any questions I had and explained
things that I didn't know. And that to me is important. I did see that it was he quite thorough on everything that he did. I am exceptionally pleased with the service.

Phenomenal service from Jeorell. Couldn't have asked for a better experience when handling our issue not having heat in our apartment. Felt like a family member coming by and helping out.

I contracted this repair through my home warranty company AHS. A different company they initially had sent me to was going to charge me $2000 in out of pocket costs. Mario came from Element and re-diagnosed the problem and turns out I didn't need the part the other company wanted to replace. All in all Mario ended up saving me $1500. And on top of that, he was able to add 1 year of maintenance checkup within the amount I was paying. I will be going with Element from now on.

No upselling, efficient and professional employees (thanks, Mario!), up-to-date communications and invoicing, and it was a stress-free, clearly explained furnace fix. I had a great experience with Element. I had a leak reported to me by the utility company. Nick came out and checked every possible leak source in and outside of the house. It turned out it was the toilet, both the seal and the tank were leaking. He gave me options for fixing or replacing. I opted to replace the toilet and he even met me at Lowe’s to help pick out the right toilet.

Nick with their new plumbing department was great. He performed a thorough inspection, made some recommendations for things I can do on my own, and completed a quick replacement of my expansion tank. Great service and a fair price.
