I called them the day I needed my septic tank pumped, and even with there only being two people working, they still got someone out for me the same day. I am very impressed!! They did a wonderful job and were able to fix everything, and the pricing is great! I highly recommend this company!!!

If you want a shitty but quick job use these fools. Literally didn’t bury are septic tank just piled dirt on top of it above the ground and it’s now causing sink holes in are yard and can see the septic tank. They tore up are yard to shreds we can’t even mow anymore. They left dangerous debris like broke pipes and other nonsense laying around sticking out the ground. Also ripped are clothes line out the ground and threw it in the edge of the woods. When we called for them to come back and try and fix it the just started running everything over with a truck and didn’t fix anything. Owner said he would come back himself but didn’t sent 2 others.
Absolutely horrid experience.
Time to find someone who can re bury the dang septic tank now.

Scheduled 3 appointments to get a quote and they failed to call back or show up every time. Very unprofessional and wasted my time. Find another Septic company, there are plenty others.

Very unprofessional. My wife had set up an appointment for them to come out and pump our septic at 8:30 am. By 9:30 they were a no show. We called and were told they forgot. They showed up 5 hours late.

Experienced a backup of my septic system with toilets overflowing on a Friday, early afternoon. I started calling local companies to get a service call. After being turned down, put off five times, finally reached Ray's. He had the heart to go that extra mile to help us out. Thanks Ray.

Mr. Poole he was very responsive when I first reached out for a quote, got back to me the same day, However when I reached back out to schedule the installation things suddenly changed. He kept saying he'd be there next week but the week would come and go and he never showed up, never reached out to say he couldn't make it or reschedule. I followed up with him a few times and he just kept saying "next week". This went on for a month before I decided to just look elsewhere.

Great service, they came out prepared for any scenario. A ton of tubing, A metal stake to find the tank (that rhymed!!). A compact excavator, determination & an awesome attitude w/ a sense of humor. They did their job fast & effeciently. Put everything back & headed out to the next job. I suggested them to my neighbors & will use them again.

Previous owners of our home crushed the leach line and didn't let anyone know.Ray came out and did a great job replacing crushed section and was quite reasonable. Anyone needing work done on your septic system can't go wrong hiring Ray. Good people.
