Rays has been nothing short of exceptional. Scott has gone above and beyond to help us when our old tank collapsed after a major water line break. Our yard was drenched and the water was tearing up our neighbor’s driveway. Other companies were unwilling to come out for at least another week. I called Ray’s and they were here within 2 hours. They had our old tank removed and put in a new one in less time than other companies were willing to even come out to assess the damage. Scott has been helpful, friendly, and has educated us every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about people. I can’t recommend him enough and he’s the first person I’ll call for any future septic solutions!
