After the initial quote owner rescheduled 3 separate times and no showed every time. Company gave me the run around for 2 months and still hasn’t completed the work.

I needed a fix for old plumbing in my mother's house and asked for an estimate to upgrade all the plumbing in the house. I was told by the service guy who showed up, the plumbing was too old to fix, and they'd have to get back to me about the estimate as the owner was in on a job in Oak Island. That was well over 2 weeks ago. Needless to say, someone else will be doing this job.

They installed a new hot water heater in our crawlspace. Identified and added some parts not required when our home was originally built. Professional work, competed when promised. A pleasure to deal with.

Great people, great business practice! From answering the phone, honest communication on when the job could be completed. I’ve had yard work with pipe trenched, sink and faucet set, water heater replaced and removed. Pot filler fitted as well as outside water work. The business does a great job of management and the Plummer they sent out each time for me was respectful, knowledgeable and overall did a great and clean job!

Honest, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Quality Work, Incredibly Fair Priced & a Done Right. My Experience... Morning Shower, fixture breaks, water shoots out. Go into bedroom break drywall to get to lacal shut, no local shut-off! Run outside turn off main shut-off, valve no-good, steady leak. Shut pump off. With an 11+yr old Bull Mastiff, my washer & shampooer, run daily! I need my h2o flowing! Took pics of imneadiae issues along w/existing issues. Got quote, gave thunbs up 18hrs later job done along with extra work done, because it needed to be. Then, charged less than the quote I was given, can't say why or that it happens all the time. Just that integrity & honesty is what you'll get. See pics of issues he fixed & added..
