Our property needed a lot of work as far as plumbing was concerned. Bobby went above and beyond to let me know what work needed to be done and what was my biggest priority and what could wait until I was ready to get it done. He explained everything to me in detail so that I understood exactly what I needed for our property and I’m so grateful for that. I will definitely be Calling in the future for my other property and recommending to whoever ask me if I know a good plumbing company. I am so happy with the work they did and how they went above and beyond to make sure that it was done fast efficiently, and that everything was working by the time they completed the Job.

Nick was very courteous and friendly. He helped us every way he could. He came in a timely manner and did a great job with repairs and installation.

Matt was excellent servicing us with our new toilet, our sink blockage and our outdoor spicket issues. He was very thorough and took great care to check with us as he completed all his work. Matt took personal interest in us and surprised us with a coupon when we went to pay our final bill. He checked that our water was at the correct temperature and also that the water was heating up quicker than before his adjustments. We were very satisfied with Matt and Pride Plumbing.

Matt came to unclog my kitchen sink drain. Very professional and thorough. His service and demeanor was 5 stars. The price however for the work and time spent was unbelievably high. I could buy two drain augers for the price I was charged. Great job and promptly came to address the issue, but, I feel like I've been raked over the coals.

Very happy with the Pride company. Their tech Nick did a great job! Straight up good guy. Would highly recommend them!

Edit: July 10, 2025 - Had another plumbing problem after the one above in April, so this review is for today's job: super-efficient, friendly, patient, thorough, double-checked everything.

Edit: August 26, 2025 - A third leak! Called Pride, and a technician was out here the very next day. As usual, the work was done well and the plumber was competent, patient, friendly, and explained all of what needed to be done and how it would be repaired, as well as got some estimates for me for possible replacement of older pipes at a later date. I absolutely recommend Pride Plumbing.

Pride Plumbing, . Mr Phillips came to fix my water pressure and leaky faucet outside today after the news of the cost was to fix it could cost me as much as $2800. He replaced my outdoor faucet(no leaks) and did some adjustments to my kitchen faucet, perfect for a fraction of the estimate I had been given! He was polite and courteous and explained everything. Pride is wonderful to me!

Bobby Flowers has always provided the most efficient & professional service in rectifying our sewer line issue over the years. I could not had asked for better treatment than what both Bobby & his associate provided. He had known my brother for years who recently passed and recalled memories working with him on prior issues. I requested assistance with rebuilding a faulty sloan vacuum breaker late afternoon on a Friday. Technician Bobby Smith arrived then checked the parts and tools needed to perform the repair. He was timely and very professional in completing the task. It took him about 10 minutes to finish and that shows me that his experience is giving me my money worth. Job Complete and Customer Satisfied with the Technician and Pride Plumbing.

Our home is 55 years old and we have lived here 23 years. We have a basement drain that is shared by a kitchen sink, basement clothes washer, shower and bathroom. It was draining slowly and eventually, backed up and was completely blocked. I left a message with the answering service on Sunday, and received a call from Elizabeth Monday morning at 7:45, before their office was officially opened…she was so sweet and professional. She gave me a morning and afternoon option, and sent Thomas (one of her most experienced technicians) and Eli to clear the drain. They called ahead of their arrival, arrived early and were very kind and professional. Their equipment was of commercial grade and the results were significantly better. They were very careful, clean and timely and I received a follow up call from Elizabeth shortly after they completed the work. I am very grateful for their help and I would highly recommend Forsyth Rooter!

Amazing, Honest, Caring Company! Had an issue with a backed up sink. I inquired about the plumbing camera. Instead of selling me the fix and the camera Becky told me the cost and that it would not be worth it for my situation. Forsyth plumbing sent Josh over and he could not have been any kinder. He diagnosed an issue the house had had for years. He explained how it needed to be fixed and was super patient with my questions. I would certainly recommend them for plumbing issues.

Nick was outstanding! A few minutes in the crawl space and the plumbing mystery was solved. The price was very fair. Best plumber experience I’ve ever had and I’m 85! Pride is their name and they live up to it.

Nick was extremely polite and quick to diagnose the problem with my grinder. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and what actions he would take to fix the problem. He’s a great communicator. When he was done, he did a great job cleaning up my yard. I would highly recommend Nick!!!

I was very happy with their work.it was a tough job and they did it without much trouble. Everything that needed to be repaired was repaired well. I was surprised how well they left the work area after the amount of digging that needed to be done. I will use them again.

I had bought an older home with cast iron pipes and needed to get the whole plumbing work redone. They were friendly, professional, and did excellent work. They encountered some unexpected issues during the job but communicated clearly and kept me updated throughout. Truly a great company to work with.
