Excellent cleaners and customer service. We have a crazy schedule and they've always been accommodating. They clean up our messes as well as scrub and do the dirty work. We were only going to keep them temporarily but we just can't let their services go!

They come all the way up to Myers Park to clean my condo I always look forward to the day. They have been cleaning for 18 months and haven't thought about changing. The lady's that do mine are usually always the same and they are dog friendly!!!!

Very good with last-minute cleaning request but not a quality clean, I had to move the book on the desk and ask 3 of the girls to redo their cleaning. I also caught one of them not working at all. That being said the manager John was responsive when I spoke to him about it and very good with the scheduling

I called John regarding a same day service for my pregnant sister who was having a very rough day. John immediately reached out to see if he could get someone there same day and he did. Unfortunately my sister had to cancel before they could come due to being very sick. I will be calling back the next time she needs help. John was extremely professional and responsive!!! Great customer service.

In the days leading up to our house being cleaned, I spoke with John ( owner of the company) about what we wanted and expected to be cleaned. John told me specifically that if there was anything that they missed after they finished cleaning then they would come back out and correct they would correct the issue. Well, I am sad to say that he did not live up to his word. I found a few issues in my home that his company missed. I took pictures and sent them to John, he gave an unrelated excuse why they didn’t clean one of the issues but never addressed the rest. Maids of honor never came back out to correct the issues or even offer an apology. We paid $200 for a clean house, but received half of what that is worth. So disappointed in this company.

We called four different cleaning services and MOH was the ONLY service to follow through on their commitments. The owner, Cheryl, came to estimate our house and was very thorough in explaining the services, gave us an accurate estimate and also emailed us a copy of their insurances.

We scheduled a house detail cleaning and Cheryl got us scheduled quickly. On the day of our cleaning, a team of six women came in and cleaned our house from top to bottom in about two hours. Our one bathroom is a total pain to clean and one of the maids worked on it for nearly the whole time while the other five tackled the house. Our house looks great and we are excited to start receiving biweekly services from them.

We are happy to recommend MOH to anyone who is seeking maid services. The house looks wonderful, the price is right and Cheryl and her team are very thorough.

I have been a customer for some time now. I met Cheryl a few years ago when she helped us with a deep clean following a water pipe burst and re-sanding of all our floors- she and her crew literally helped me put my world back together! Since then they have provided top service always! They are always going the extra mile from folding the end of the toilet tissue into a neat little point, to draping a throw on a chair just begging you to sit and enjoy your clean home when you arrive home. Highly recommend!

I had the deep clean. These ladies did an amazing job. The whole house looked and smelled wonderful. I would recommend them for weekly cleaning or just if you need them for a one time deep clean, before a party or event...or it's just time to get thing looking great!

Very disappointed, read the online reviews and thought they would be a great local cleaning company. Believe the bad reviews is what I should have done. Poor customer service. Had the owner come out to my residence because the cleaning was so bad. He agreed and scheduled another cleaning. But they were not going to show up when the owner( John) stated so my husband canceled the re-clean. We asked for a partial refund and the owner refused. Wasted $200.00.
I hope the rest of there clients actually get good service from this company. I did not. BUYER BEWARE!

Firstly I would like to apologize to John and his staff for the way my husband spoke to you. I'm sure that he let you have it, he lost his temper with you and that was not appropriate.
That being said I wish to clarify the inaccurate rebuttal from John the owner about my review.
My house is less than 1700 sq. home, with 3 bedroom, 2 1,2 bathroom. We advised his cleaning crew that the 3rd bedroom didn't need cleaning due to it not being used often. john making out that my home is large that stated to him is incorrect; check the Gaston Co. tax office or Register of Deeds. Secondly, you John quoted the price for the clean and deep clean. You, John agreed when you inspected after the clean that it wasn't done properly. You, John made an list of the issues and said it would be completed. Also telling a client 11ish doesn't mean 11:45, not sure why you would think other wise. Not sure why you would continue to irritate customers that you are trying to service. We hired your company because your are a local company that had been in business for so long. Thinking that you would do a great job and we could schedule bi-weekly cleanings.
Stop making excuses for a poor service and customer service.
This is what you will have to deal with if you hire this company.
John has made this situation far worse than it needed to be. So very disappointed.
Like I stated, BUYER BEWARE!

Today is only the second time we have had them clean our home. After our first experience, I am eagerly awaiting to see how well they did the second time. So far, their service has been incredible and really made my wife and I very happy. With two young boys, and 3 pets, I love not having to worry about the house being clean! THANK YOU!!!

Overall I had a pleasant time dealing with this service. The Communication was Quick and effective. They showed up on time and were pleasant to deal with in person. They also did a phenomenal job cleaning.

The crew were timely and did a thorough review of the home before starting to point out any spots I wanted them to focus on. The ladies couldn’t have done a better job. Our home looked brand new and I would highly recommend Maidz of Honor to anyone contemplating a cleaning service.

These folks are awesome & began by accommodating a rather last minute situation after an older person whose health kept them from weeping up. Everything was cleaner than the day they moved in such as the kitchen & bathroom particularly the stove, fridge, sinks as well as the tub & toilet. The dried on food spilled in the livingroom & kitchen is totally gone & those floors are so much cleaner than on our move in day. It was too daunting a job for myself. You will be pleased beyond measure with their service. They are great.

On time, pleasant attitude, communication with quote about what was going to be done, was great. Did a great job pressure washing my home, I will definitely continue to use his services as needed in the future...
