Had them come out to clean an upholstered headboard. The tech was unable to make the originally scheduled appointment and called to ask if he could come the next day. I said ok, he came around 6 pm which is late but better than never. He was perfectly nice and professional. Headboard looked better but told me to see how it dried and call back if it needed another pass after drying. It does, as you can see from the photos.

I have been calling daily for a week now to try to schedule this follow up. I keep being told someone will contact me, and no one has. I have the feeling I am being pushed aside in hopes that I give up and call another company. Would not recommend.

i'm posting this review after having my carpets cleaned by Superb Belmont Carpet Cleaning. ian came out to my home in Belmont and did a fantastic job. he was right on time and kept me updated by call and text as he was on his way. he was really respectful of my house and property, and made sure everything was handled with care. ian was friendly, professional, and clearly knows a lot about carpet cleaning. i felt comfortable having him in my home. i have a dog that tends to make a mess on the carpets, plus a 10-year-old daughter who likes to wear her shoes inside, so my carpets had some tough stains and dirt. ian was able to get out all the spots and left the carpets looking fresh and smelling great! he even went the extra mile by pre-vacuuming all the pet hair, and somehow removed what felt like 30 pounds of old carpet powder that was stuck in there. i highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. the prices are very reasonable, even less expensive than some others i checked out. five stars all the way!
