John with Affordable Stump Grinding was excellent to work with from start to finish. I needed the stump removal completed so I could move forward with installing my fence, and John was compassionate, responsive, and came out promptly to make sure the job got done quickly. He was very easy to talk to, professional, affordable, and did a great job cleaning everything up afterward. I was especially impressed with the equipment he brought out. He clearly has the tools and experience to handle jobs of any size efficiently and professionally.

What stood out most to me was not just the quality of the work, but how much he genuinely cared about helping his customers. John also referred me to Carlos Tree Service for tree removal, and both were outstanding to work with. Honest, reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. I honestly would not hire anyone else for tree or stump work moving forward.

After trying 2 other companies and spending a lot of money to get nowhere Abdel troubleshot the issues of my refrigerator lights and ice maker. Everything is working like new with very little expense. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Mr. Appliance of Sanford!!

I got my dryer repaired. It was fast and great and they even explained exactly what went wrong. I get a Year's warranty on the same part. They were clean and in super polite. They're pricey but you're getting what you pay for.

I was hoping for a washing machine repair, but my 30+ year old washer was beyond repair. The parts alone were more than the cost of a new washer. Instead of a repair, Abdel advised me on top load vs. front load and other things to look for/think about when buying a new washer. I appreciate him sharing his experience and knowledge about washers, and I would call him again for an appliance problem.

Mr. Appliance showed up early. Gave me the price of the repair before doing the work. Made recommendations of other things I may need along with pricing. I was happy with the service I received and I will definitely call them again.

I called for a refrigerator recharge. I did not get an answer on my first call however, someone reached out a few minutes later. They could not service my refrigerator but offered some advice on who to call. I still need my refrigerator recharged. Overall a mediocre experience.

Riped off. I was $125 for diagnosis for leak which that would be applied toward the repair of completed by him. My Kenmore washing machine has a small leak. The hose has a small hole and needed replacing. The replacement hose was less than $20 to replace and it took him all of 15 minutes to replace the hose. One clamp holding the hose in place sitting on top in plan sight with easy access. The other side slips into a container. The charge $396.04!! Your over priced work is going to put you out of business. Who’s going to use you twice or refer you? Sickening! I could’ve bought a new machine at this price.

From now on my “go to” for appliance repair. Dryer goes out Friday before Christmas weekend with family headed into town … Mr Appliance of Sanford was a life saver. Responded quickly Saturday morning and got me running again. Totally professional and quality workmanship! Took the time also to clean out the interior of the dryer cabinet, outside the drum. On time, courtesy, professional dressed and fix my refrigerator issue. I had water pooling at the bottom of the frig. And turned off the water line so no ice or filtered water.
I thought the fix would take more but he found a loose hose. He said if that didn’t fix all the leak I may need parts replaced. But haven’t seen water and it’s been a couple of weeks.

Abdel is a true gentleman and very smart and polite. He showed up on time for a call about my dryer not working. He was pleasant to talk to and he listened attentively to my concerns. He used shoe covers (which I greatly appreciated), he came prepared with literature about my appliance, he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, and HAD THE PARTS WITH HIM!!!!! Our 20 year old dryer was fixed within a span of 30 minutes. He then was kind enough to check our 20 year old washer, as it was not maintaining proper load balancing. He found that the belt needed replacement and ordered it. Came back within days to install it and used factory certified parts.

I had been using Sears Home Services in the past, because I did not know of anyone else, and that proved to be a huge mistake. Mr.Appliance of Sanford is the answer to my prayers and I will always rely on him for my appliance repair needs.
