My upright freezer quit working on me and it wasn't even 2 years old. I called around to several places. Right much for a service call but Porterfield's came out any way even though I wasn't in his service area and got my freezer freezing again. A big Thank You for coming out of your way

Best in the area bar none! I've used Jamie twice and both times he came through with first class service. I had another issue come up and he was extremely busy...so I decided to see if I could get someone to come sooner....HUGE MISTAKE! I will not mention the name of the company but lets suffice it to say, I should have read their reviews....I will NEVER use anyone else but Jamie Porterfield to work on my business and home appliances. He's honest, trustworthy, punctual and spot on with his diagnosis and then repair. In a day and age when service means NOTHING to 75% of businesses..... its a breath of fresh air to work with Jamie.

We had to have heating element replaced in our dryer he responded back same day message was left and showed up early for our appt. Quick repair gave advice on checking on dryer, will definitely use again.

Special thanks to Jamie for a prompt response to my voice mail requesting service. He was here the next day and resolved our problem so quickly. Truly professional and personal service. I highly recommend Jamie for all your appliance needs done right.

Used Jamie for several years and recommend him to others. He’s very quick to diagnose issues and usually only has to make one trip out. He’s very fair in his pricing.

Very unhappy with my experience. Starting diagnosing problem then about halfway through started disrespecting my house and my pets saying my cats were flea infested and tracking parasites throughout my house. Extremely unprofessional. The litter box happened to be in the room where he was working. If he has a problem working in a house with cats, he should specify that. Also on top of all of this the "fix" was spraying some of our own Windex down a pipe and running a cycle and saying it should be good. Can't complain at the price of 109....if it actually fixed my problem. Will not be calling back for any more help and will in fact be telling people to stay away from this repairer. I encourage him to try and refute this. Thanks all for reading! :)
