I was very happy with Bonneville. Deb was swift and organized with scheduling. Ben, the electrician, gave proactive thought to our current and future needs and did a tidy, efficient job installing power for a new water heater. After installation, Miriam in the office was unbelievably patient and helpful with navigating what turned out to be (through absolutely no fault of Bonneville's) a convoluted inspection process. Clear and friendly communication all around, would definitely call again. (Also a note for the covid-aware among us, during the scheduling process they offer that their team is willing to mask and open windows upon request, and invite you to share needs/preferences in advance; Ben had a mask ready when he arrived.)

We have used Bonneville for our electrician needs - including new lights, fans, smoke/CM alarms, and, most recently - emergency repairs to our outside wires and box after some storm damage. Throughout they have been prompt and professional - answering all questions, providing detailed bills, and, most important of all -excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Brad, Christine, Sylvia, and the whole crew--all office staff and on-site technicians included--were amazing! We had many questions, and they took the time to provide a wealth of information and talk through the various options so we could make an informed decision. I will absolutely use their services again in the future. They're a real pleasure to work with.

called for a small job estimate. just for estimate alone, they wanted to charge $135 fir a full (very expensive) hour, of which only half could be applied to accepted job. another fine electrician gave me a free estimate (in 15min) and completed job for $300. these guys are a ripoff.

Good service, I really liked the electrician who did the work, and I think they have fair rates and a good billing model. I actually had a small disagreement about the bill when I first saw it, but I contacted them and it was easy to resolve the issue. I would recommend them.

Bonneville Electric saved us! We had issues with our fuses blowing on the HVAC unit continually and they proactively got us the box we needed and got us back up and running unbelievably fast. I'm so grateful they looked out for us!

After a very disappointing visit from Bonneville, where they came out to my house and instead of doing what I asked them to do, wrote a long list of things they thought I should be doing. I received a bill from them for 125.00, telling me that they were giving me a discount. About two weeks later, I received another bill from them. This was for the same day of work. They only came out one time. This time the bill was for 200.00 and again they told me they were giving me a discount.
As a follow up to this post. I had Bryant electricians give me an estimate on the repair work I wanted and take a look at what Bonneville said I needed. They told me that what I was told was incorrect. The 10,000. or more repair that I was told, ended up costing me less than 2,000.00 with them.

We (everyone who works for Carrboro Family Vision) can't say enough positive things about Brad, Christine and everyone at Bonneville Electric. They are not only great electricians, but they also care about the individuals they work for and the projects they commit to as a whole. They were a vital part of a complicated multi phase commercial renovation. We could rely on them for innovative design suggestions, as well as insightful problem solving when things were not going as planned. They were flexible, accommodating, as well as a positive and enthusiastic presence during a stressful time sensitive situation. They met every deadline asked of them to get our business open on schedule, putting in work above and beyond what most contractors would do. They kept an accurate log of hours worked and charged a fair rate.

True professionals- smart, reliable and honest during every phase of the project. They exceeded our expectations and we would hands down recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
