We were referred to Triad Electrical Services by Duke Energy for installation of a home EV charging station and chose Triad over another provider. The several Triad folks that we dealt with were all very professional. Options were described clearly, and our project was scheduled and carried out in a timely fashion and without a hitch. Communication was on point so that we were always aware of our project status. Upon completion, all required documents were provided, along with a link to Duke Energy for us to apply for the installation credit. We were completely satisfied with Triad’s services and strongly recommend their team.

I had my garage EV charger installed today by Cody & Geo. The The service quality was great & Cody's customer service was truly exceptional. He went out of his way to make sure everything was working & even checked my kitchen outlets as well. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I want to thank him for a job well done.

Chris was very helpful to provide a very good price considering I wouldn't get any incentives from my utility company. Mat did a fantastic job with the installation with no hassle. Explained everything to me and left a very clean garage. I would recommend Triad to anyone.

I had a great experience with Triad.... I needed a broken pathway light fixture to be replaced and I wanted it done quickly... From getting the quote, to booking the appointment and then the service itself, everything was smooth and easy... Everyone was also very professional and courteous... You get text notifications throughout the process which is nice too.
Cody, who was the licensed electrician that came to the job, was punctual and detailed in his work. He checked to make sure I was happy with everything... He was so friendly that I asked him to look at a few more electrical needs that I have so that he could give me an estimate on the spot and he explained everything to me patiently. Definitely will call Triad for my next electrical work and will ask for Cody by name for sure!

They did an amazing job installing our new ceiling fans! They arrived on time, addressed all of our needs and questions, and ensured that their work met our expectations. I'll absolutely call them again for any and all electrical needs.

I had Triad install the level 2 outlet for my EV in the garage. It was a wonderful experience working with the team at Triad. From scheduling to estimating and installing, everything was seamless. 2 very nice young men came to replace 2 light fixtures, move & wire 3 lights over the island, wire a new fixture & switch in the dining area as well as replace 15 toggle switches with rocker switches, some with dimmers. They did a great job & were polite & pleasant. Scheduling was easy & they arrived within the time window, texting me when they were on the way. We will definitely have them do electrical work here in the future!

Had Triad install an EV charger last month. Very convenient process with everything handled via text message, including estimates. Technicians installed the charger when scheduled at the agreed cost and cleaned up. Triad also handled all the permitting activities. Great company to work with.

Triad did a great job installing a car charging outlet in my garage. Harvin, Cody and Gio were very friendly and easy to work with. They are also handling all of the paperwork to get a full rebate from Duke Energy for the work they did.

Overall, the installation went as expected. The technician needed to cut additional hole into the wall to access the bottom of the electrical panel but was kind enough to cover it with a wall plate. Now, I have the ability and convenience of charging my EV overnight at home.

Nicholas Sanchez from Triad did an outstanding job resolving my electrical issues. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Pricing was fair, and he went above and beyond to ensure the problem was fully fixed and that I understood what caused it.

Triad Electrical Services did an outstanding job installing my Tesla home charger in the garage. Their work was top-notch — clean, efficient, and extremely professional. They were very attentive to customer care and took the time to explain every step of the process.

Chris did a great job explaining the estimate and answered all my questions. When Cody arrived to perform the install it was completed quickly and turned out great. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I would certainly use this company again.

Triad Electrical Services installed a Tesla wall charger in my garage. Harvey quoted the job. He was very informative, professional, and trustworthy. He offered two options, one was to mount the charger next to the electrical panel and the other was to run conduit from the box to the ideal location for the charger which provided easy access for my new EV and future EVs. We chose the conduit approach and we are very happy with the result. Harvey was here the day after I called for an appointment, quoted the job an hour or so later, and the instal was done the next day. Nick and Cody did the install and they were personable, supper efficient, and left no trace of any materials behind them. They were in and out in less than 1.5 hours, and they did an outstanding job. We’d definitely use Triad for future needs. They exceeded our expectations.

Excellent fast work by Mathew and Bryson. They came on time and finished the job neatly. They followed up with me promptly after job was done. Including scheduling the inspection and sent over all the requisite paperwork to filed with Duke Energy for the rebate. I enthusiastically recommend them. Called Triad to get a GFI outlet installed in my bathroom. Scheduling was easy. Someone came out to give me a price which was at market. Contracted to have the work done. Electricians were respectful, clean, did a great job. Good communication throughout. Highly recommend.
