This is my second time using Triad Electrical Services, and once again the experience was top-notch! They recently installed an EV charger at my new home, smoothly taking out the old charger and setting it up perfectly. What I really appreciate is that they handle everything, from coordinating with the county for inspections to providing the official inspection report and a customized receipt. The receipt makes it super easy to apply for the energy rebate with my utility company. Professional, reliable, and hassle-free service so I highly recommend them!

We just used Triad to install our Lucid 80A EV wall charger and they did an awesome job! Definitely the most organized contractor I have worked with recently. Flawless communication. They handled the permit process for us and helped provide instructions for the Duke rebate. The staff were extremely friendly, super knowledgeable, and patient. Pricing was solid, too. I can’t say enough good things about Triad Electrical Services in Cary, North Carolina. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We had them install a charger setup for our vehicle, and the quality of work and attention to detail truly stood out.

A huge shoutout to Matt and Bryson, who were our technicians for the installation. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure everything was done the right way—not rushed or cut short. It was obvious they take pride in their work.

We had an original Volvo charger hooked up, and they handled it perfectly. Everything was installed cleanly, safely, and fully up to code, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Since the installation, the charger has been working flawlessly and continues to work great to this day with no issues at all.

What really impressed me was the overall professionalism of Triad Electrical as a company. Communication was excellent, scheduling was easy, and the work area was left clean once the job was finished. You can tell they care about doing things correctly and standing behind their work.

These guys are best in the league, everything done right, start to finish keeping me informed about installation appointment to when they were on the way to updating me on the progress of the EV charger installation in my house. Tyson and Nick did a phenomenal job installing my Tesla wall charger! Very clean, and no sign of their work. It wasn't an easy install, but they wouldn't give up until it was perfect. The Duke Energy EV installation rebate made it a no brainer for me. I will definitely go back to Triad for my next electrical job.

Matthew with Triad Electrical Services replaced our outdated electrical panel. He was very knowledgeable and amiable during the initial consultation and did a great job with the execution of the services. It was easy to schedule to an appointment and the price was reasonable for the work we had done. I would highly recommend this business for those looking for an electrician that can communicate well and get the job done!

While in the process of selling our house we needed an electrician to fix some outlets and switches as well install new light fixtures and smoke detectors. We got Cody and Geo from triad and they were wonderful electricians, true professionals and gentlemen.
I felt informed not only of any issues but what cost change there might be.
I felt I knew what they were doing to my home and not in the dark.
Also, and this was a great plus, I felt comfortable with them in my home. They were friendly and respectful and I felt at ease.
I felt the cost was a good deal as well. They made suggestions throughout but weren't pushy in any way. They cleaned up and left nothing behind except some great work :)
All around a great experience.
