I decided to start getting my apartment cleaned a few months ago and chose NC Sparkles. Not only do they do a fantastic job with the cleaning itself, they are extremely informative, timely, friendly, trustworthy and courteous. I would absolutely recommend this company and their team of outstanding employees that always treat my place as if its their own!

Just had my home cleaned by NC Sparkles!! Setting up an appointment was simple and convenient using their website. Quote was given almost instantly and the price given in the quote was honored. Was even offered a “first timers” discount!!! How generous!! The cleaning team was kind enough to communicate with me throughout their time cleaning my home and even let me know how my sweet kitty was doing! Came home from a long day’s work to a Sparkling clean home!! Thank you Team Sparkles ✨!! One question, what kind of discount do you give for return customers?!?! Because I will be using your services again!

Yesterday we had our carpets cleaned for the first time in years. The team of Wyatt and River were professional, efficient and friendly. I appreciated the walk through to determine what could be done with my carpets. We had some old pet stains that certainly look better and in some spots totally removed. I liked that the men swiftered around the area rugs. It is taking a little longer for the rugs to be completely dry than I expected. I will certainly use this company again.

In my experience, they do a great job deep cleaning the carpets and doing so in a time efficient manner. Also, the cleaning team has been friendly and knowledgeable. The business is clearly committed to customer satisfaction, which is very important in case any issues arise that need special attention.

I would definitely recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners! They did such a good job removing stains underneath and along the baseboards. I think they called them filtration stains. They took great care of my home and all my carpets looked like new. I will have them back for sure. Friendly and professional.

My technician, Gary, was very professional, friendly, and detailed. Upon arrival, we went through each room - he noted any special treatments I requested. He did an awesome job of treating my carpets and stairs - they looked brand new when he left! I was amazed at how much care he took to ensure my furniture, etc. was protected while he cleaned the rooms of carpet. I will definitely use them to clean my carpets from now on. Great job!

Absolutely outstanding service from Carpet Pro Cleaners. We have just moved into a house with extremely dirty and stained carpets, not to mention a shower with grouting which looked scary. Carpet Pro Cleaners were able to fit us in at a days notice, and the job they did is nothing short of remarkable. The carpets look brand new, and the job they did on our shower is phenomenal. We’ll definitely use their services for carpet cleaning in the future, highly recommended!

Aiden and River did a tremendously good job cleaning our carpets and rug. They were very conscientious and professional, arrived on time and took care not to damage the paint with their hoses. The scheduler confirmed the fibers of our rug to be certain it could be cleaned, then the techs tested an area to make sure it was safe. They asked about the composition of the stains to be certain of the type cleaning techniques they used. Finally, they left a fabulous lemongrass scent. I couldn't be more pleased!

Kyle and Mason came out to our home today and did a great job on the carpets. We were due for our yearly cleaning and since we recently fostered a beautiful dog we also had a few "accident spots" and they took care of them like they never even existed and also left a complimentary bottle of their GreenSafe Stain Remover which they advised should work even better than some big name brand stain removers. They were in and out very quickly and I feel our carpets have never looked this good. We highly recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners. Thank you!!

Finally a company that does what they say they are going to do! They confirmed the appointment, they texted 30 minutes before they arrived. Zach and Dan were polite, professional, efficient, and thorough. No up-selling, no gotchas! The upholstery and carpet look great and exceeded my expectations! I can highly recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners. Zach and Dan know what they are doing. I appreciate there expertise and explaining what you were doing every step of the way. I also liked that neither the carpet nor the upholstery were saturated with water and dried quickly.

These guys did a fantastic job. They didn't leave the site until everything was pristine, even though the couches needed extra work. I will always use them for future cleanings and referrals. Great stuff!

Zachary and Savanah were extremely pleasant and on time. My carpets were throughly cleaned and they were kind enough to do my area rug.
They were expedient and my husband commented on their amazing teamwork. They also had time to clean my sofa,which I have to say looks brand spanking new.

Carpet Pro Cleaners are wonderful! They have done a fantastic job with our carpets! We live with pets, and over time the carpets have gotten a little dingy and our cat tore a small section of the carpet. River and Wes, the technicians who came out, were very nice, informative, and professional. They were right on time and very efficient. We had the carpets steam cleaned, and they also patched the torn carpet and it looks great! After the steam clean, the carpets were noticeably brighter and the products they used not only left a fresh smell, but were also safe for pets and enzymatic. I would highly recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners!

Zac and Wyatt were extremely personable, on-time, very professional and did an amazing job on our carpets. We had 3 Rooms cleaned, one with a newer carpet that now looks new again and 2 with much older wall to wall carpeting that had pet stains and substantial odor. They all now smell fresh and renewed. We will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

I highly recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners. Austin and Nick did a WONDERFUL JOB and they were very professional! Our carpet looked like new after they had finished and it dried very quickly. They cleaned and scrubbed (by hand) the tile and grout with amazing results. The pricing was fair and they were able to schedule me quickly. Celeste who scheduled the appointment was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the timing and the cost. I will definitely use them again!

I called in the morning to have a sofa and area rug cleaned. I was given a window for mid-afternoon. Zack and Wyatt arrived well within the window with a half hour warning as promised. On arrival, they looked at our two items, laid out what would be done, and delivered on what was promised. They were friendly, fun, and extremely thorough. They repeated treatments on a couple problem areas on the sofa to ensure they are as clean as possible. Our sofa and area rug look better than they have since they were new. The price was extremely fair for the service we received. I will not hesitate to recommend or call Carpet Pro Cleaners for any future needs.

Carpet Pro Cleaners is the BEST carpet cleaning company around. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and patient (especially with dogs)! River and John were awesome and did a fantastic job on our old and dirty carpets. I highly recommend them!
