Carpet Pro Cleaners did a great job for us! We didn't realize how much difference the carpet cleaning would make. It's amazing. Our carpets look so much better. The crew was very professional, and the rates seem reasonable for the quality of their work. We'd highly recommend them.

Daniel and River from Carpet Pro did an outstanding job steam-cleaning our carpets this past Friday. As a matter of fact, it's the best carpet cleaning we've ever had done. They were professional, courteous, friendly and hardworking. The carpets dried quickly, all stains gone, smell very fresh ... perfect. We give Carpet Pro our highest recommendation!

The technicians were super professional and did a great job. They even added another room for us when we decided last minute to have them clean it. They had protectors for the corners and banisters and cleaned up after themselves on the way out. Spotless! I would highly recommend this company to clean your carpets!

They provided outstanding customer service, were very polite, respectful of my home and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in two bedrooms, two closets and the fabric on a sectional sofa. Zach was very knowledgeable and friendly and consulted with me over the phone regarding what services were needed in the house. Zack and John were excellent. Zack patiently explained the procedure before and explained after as well how to keep the carpets clean and achieve the longest wear. They cleaned up nicely behind themselves and finished the job throughly. I have use Carpet Pros several times now and have been happy each time with the quality of the work and the price. I hired this company for a pre-move steam clean of all the carpeted floors of our new home. Aiden and Keegan handled the job like absolute professionals, offering advice for rooms that needed stretching and working out tough preexisting stains. They were diligent in their work and clearly cared about the quality of service they provided. I will be a repeat customer for any future cleaning needs, be it carpet or furniture.

Excellent service - highly recommend! We spilled paint on the carpet and called Carpet Pro. They were able to squeeze us in with a same day appointment that afternoon. Shortly after booking the appt. Zach called to ask about the stain and gave some advice for minimizing the damage until they arrived. Zach and Aidan arrived earlier than the promised window (but it was expected b/c I got a text 30m in advance of arrival). Before starting any work, they set our expectations that it will likely be better but not 100%. They got to work quickly on the stained area and then cleaned the rest of the room and hallway. They worked quickly and treated our home with respect and care. All of the employees I spoke with are very friendly and professional. I'll definitely use Carpet Pro again and recommend them to others!

I am very impressed with this company and the super nice staff (Amanda and John) who performed the carpet cleaning service today! Booking was easy, estimate provided online, cost ended up being a little less than I anticipated. The team arrived early and finished in 1.5 hours. They were very careful to protect our home and clean up totally when done. I am very pleased with the results. Our carpet is builder grade, 9 years old and never before progessionally cleaned. We just hoped to prolong its life just a bit until we can replace it. It had a variety of stains that all but ~ 5% were removed. Thank you to Mandy, John and Carpet Pro Cleaners! We had Carpet Pro Cleaners at our home to clean a few rooms and stretch out one carpet. They were extremely professional, from the initial inquiry for a quote, to scheduling, and the actual process. We provided photos to get accurate estimates of the cost. They arrived on time, and were careful to provide protection for our floors and furniture as they were cleaning. The carpets were cleaned and the stretching on one carpet was completed successfully. I highly recommend Carpet Pro if you need this service.

Repeat customer; appreciate the friendly techs each time and their walking through the expectations and what would be done during service. Since we have a cat, optioned the full enzyme service and was assured that this was completely animal safe which was appreciated. Look forward to using them again for our next deep clean!

Carpet Pro Cleaners did a fantastic job. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Our house is 2500 sq.ft, of which about 1700 sq.ft. is carpeted. They cleaned everywhere that there wasn't furniture and were done in an hour and a half. The time they estimated that it would take the carpet to dry completely (taking into consideration temp and humidity) was spot on. They are a local business so if you want to support NC businesses, you can't go wrong with these guys! Highly recommended.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with Carpet Pro. The office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning (area rugs and wall-to-wall carpet). We will definitely call Carpet Pro for our next carpet cleaning.

We used Carpet Pro Cleaners to clean two bedrooms and an area rug in our living room. We’ve been in Cary less than a full year but used other cleaners in Atlanta where we lived previously. None of the Atlanta cleaners hold a candle to the service, quality and results Carpet Pro delivered. First, even though one of their earlier jobs ran long they persevered and still came and serviced us as promised. Second, their product and process is significantly better than the ones we used before. Specifically, they use a rotating brush on all surfaces which really scrubs the cleaning solutions in and the dirt out. Their vacuum was considerably stronger than other ones as well. The result - more dirt pulled out as well as more moisture pulled out such that the rugs were nearly dry when they left. Thirdly, the actual products they used on two urine spots from our dog plus an old stain that had resisted previous treatments all are fixed - and with low-odor that dissipated rapidly. Last - the two men that came were exceedingly courteous and protective of our house but also clearly knowledgeable and experienced. Bottom line: we will use only Carpet Pro going forward and recommend them without any reservation.

We truly appreciate the work Zack and Sterling did cleaning our carpets and grout. They were fast, efficient, thorough and I especially appreciate the immaculate cleanup job when they left. Highly recommend this company. The online ordering was easy and the price was less than I’d anticipated.

Fantastic experience! In addition to having carpets cleaned, they also cleaned the grout in the bathroom and replaced the grout in the shower. The project ended up being more intense than originally expected but they communicated throughout the process and came back the next day to finish. They stayed true to their quoted price which was very competitive. Highly recommended and will use again in the future!

Moreover, the carpet cleaning service provided by Shelton and Sterling was punctual, courteous and very effective. We added on the carbon filtration cleaning option for additional cost and are very happy with that as well. Thank you!
