Sullivan Soft Wash (William Sullivan & Cole) power washed my entire house (driveway, sidewalks, siding, roof, decks, patio, gazebo, pergola, playhouse), including cleaning & sealing pavers with lots of growth.
He was exceptionally careful with plants & furniture movement.
He arrived exactly on time and worked extra time to make sure everything was perfect. He has excellent equipment and competitive pricing, especially considering the high quality & attention to detail.
I highly recommend Sullivan.

Billy and his team did an absolutely amazing job! The house hasn’t been washed in years and I thought it was going to be tough to get looking brand new, but Sullivan soft wash proved me wrong!! The house looks brand new and he even touched up our pavement as well! Customer service was amazing him and his team are so friendly and super great to work with! If you need any kind of power washing or cleaning don’t go anywhere else but Sullivan Softwash!

It pains me to not write a perfect review but years later this just doesn't sit well with me. In 2019 I built a new garage so it was freshly painted. Around Nov 2022 I hired Sullivan when he was still a small business to soft wash my house. He asked about the quality and freshness of my paint citing a previous customer who left a negative review, now assumed removed after an agree was reached, who had a similar paint damage issue to me. The issue was around the use of bleach. Sullivan decided to go ahead and use bleach. Shortly after I called him about white streaking in the paint that was like the paint was powder. He came out and looked and said he would ask a few people in the industry and get back to me. He never reached back out. I figured he is a young guy new in the business and I don't want to ruin his rep I will just live with it. Only the problem kept getting worse and worse and here I am today paying 6k for a new house paint job for paint that has a lifetime guarantee. Granted that guarantee means only material and is never life time, only ten years at best. Wasn't expecting 3 especially not when the same paint has lasted years longer. I suspect too much bleach was used. Stuff happens and I wanted to ignore it but stuff just got so expensive these days and it's a real financial hit and I didn't appreciate the ghosting. When it rains it's so painfully obvious more so than the photo. This was from last week and I have the original photos and texts from back in the day. Despite all this I can't bring myself to do a 1 star bc its not my intent to do damage despite my paint being damaged.

Outstanding service from start to finish! The Kelsey S. was professional and incredibly thorough. He pressure washed my driveway and back deck. Everything looks brand new again!!! The grime and stains are completely gone.The pricing was fair, communication was easy, and the results exceeded my expectations. Did a great job and worked around my changing schedule. Top service and very reasonably priced.

They are not punctual. They give you a set time and don't show up or call. I've had three visits not one time were they on time. Two times they never showed up. If it wasn't for me calling them I would of just been waiting all day which I was already. Customer service is something to take pride in especially if this is your company. Learn how to call and inform your clients of your tardiness as a courtesy and respect. Ppl are given a set time not to be waiting the entire day. Today they were supposed to be here between 8-10 it's now 10:46 am no calls, no we are almost there nothing yet. So annoying!!

We’ve been using Full Spectrum for a few months now and have been really happy with not only their cleaning services but how great the team is. The owner is truly caring and his staff are all very friendly and professional. We of course especially love his mission statement about providing employment for neurodiverse individuals where they can thrive. We’ve tried other house cleaning services in the past and Full Spectrum is who we’ve stuck with!

In the past 25 years, we've had multiple individuals and services clean our house, but Full Spectrum is our favorite -- and now our FOREVER provider. The company communicates clearly and delivers consistently excellent service. And as a member of the autism community, I *love* that they provide work opportunities for autistic individuals who characteristically are conscientious, caring and want to do a great job.
