As an office manager, it is SO HARD to find a cleaning company that does what they are supposed to do. Mint Condition is a gem! Very few problems over the years we used them and they were ALWAYS addressed immediately. Wish I could have taken them with us to our new location.

I contacted Steve at Triangle Window & Pressure Cleaning in late May and he responded within 24 hours to my inquiry. The estimate they prepared was thorough and prompt. It covered complete pressure soft wash of the house, cleaning all windows (about 35) and screens. The job included a covered, screened-in deck which required special care. The extreme temperatures led me to suggest they pick a later day if that was necessary, but they assured me their team was prepared to work under those conditions. I was extremely pleased with their work. Their technicians were polite, well organized, efficient and careful to protect plants and landscaping near the house. They took no short cuts! This was the third pressure washing service I have used in recent years. It was head and shoulders above the rest and I strongly recommend them.

He required no money up front and told me he would not accept payment until the job was completed and I was happy. The men he sent were pleasant and easy to work with.
