A lawn service that comes on time; responds to special service requests; has a human who answers their phone and even called me back when they found more accurate information to give me. The best.

I never know when they're coming, I would like to know when they're coming. They say they've been fertilizing my yard but I really can't tell it. It may be there's not been enough rain that could be the issue.

All I need to say is that my lawn for years has been looking best in my neighborhood because I have been using Spring Green for many years.

My weeds are still prevalent; there has been no change in the 2 years I have used them. They never aerated my backyard. I am done! I will not use them again.

Love Scott & his team for their caring and integrity in their quality work and the extra miles customer service which set Spring Green apart from other vendors.

My issue. No response back from Scott after leaving a couple emails and phone calls in a two week period. I requested a refund on my last remaining two services. I paid in advance with no renewal. I have video cameras outside my home and know when there here, otherwise you never know when there going to show up. Lack of communication. I would like to up the stars so lets see if the issue gets resolved now that I’ve left this review.
