I switched from Tru-Green to Spring Green a few months ago, and am now looking for another lawn service. Spring Green has been extremely unresponsive. I've called twice asking questions about services, and have been repeatedly interrupted and blown off. Lady was suppose to return my call with answer to one of my questions and never did. I will be looking for a new service.

We have been very pleased with services from Spring Green. Our lawn improved dramatically in just half a season and I highly recommend this company.

We are using this service for the second year and we are very happy with the look of the lawn. The best prove for their great job is the big number of compliments we received from our guests and neighbors.

I purchased an annual lawn care package and paid in full online on April 17. I was contacted the next business day to discuss next steps and that I would be contacted again the day before my lawn would be serviced. After a week of no word I called back and was told someone would be out the next day. No one came due to wind, okay the weather isn't anyone's fault, at least they called to tell me that. Then a couple days went by with no word on when the reschedule would be. The next Monday, April 27, I called back and was told that, "someone would be out Wednesday come hell or high water, weather permitting". Wednesday came and went with no word and no weather issues. Wednesday the following week, 5/6, I got an automated call that someone would be out Thursday. It's now Thursday afternoon and I just got a call that no one is going to be out today and that they can't promise anyone will be out tomorrow but maybe Monday they can get someone out. Clearly customer service is not a priority, I understand things happen but you do your best to not have multiple issues with the same customer, especially a new customer that you have not established a relationship with yet. Most expensive set of excuses I have bought in a long time, hopefully my refund will processed with some sort of expediency.

I am updating my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Scott kept good on his word and contacted me. We worked out the issues. Scott was out of town and could not communicate on a timely basis. I appreciate a business that does what it takes to make things right. All my weeds are gone and I am satisfied.

This is a good company until you tell them you'd like to stop using them. Called them in May and told them via a message (they never seem to answer the phone) I had lost my job and would pay the last bill but would like to cancel my services. A week later there was a new bill for $200 on my door. They had come and applied another treatment after I told them to cancel. Now I'm served a collections notice on $187. I paid it. But I just wanted everyone to know that they should beware of this company.

I have been using Spring-Green for over 10 years. They are always on time and responsive to questions and needs. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. Thank you Scott and the Sprung-Green team!

Love working with these guys, Scott and team are always responsive to any questions I might have. I'm going on 5 years now and my lawn is definitely a standout in my neighborhood. I do take great pride in my lawn and so naturally I want it to look great and SpringGreen certainly helps me to achieve that. I highly recommend them.

The Spring Green care turned a weed-ridden yard into a lush blanket of grass in less than a year. They communicate well with the client and the results have been fabulous.

Spring green have been there on every call. My yard seems like over nite that my yard was looking great i just love Jerome. All i can say is thank you and that mosquito stuff really works but after it rain they back but for the most u got a thumb up.

I was very pleased with Spring Green at first. However, after two years they neglected my lawn until it was overrun with weeds. They never could get it looking good again. Didn’t seem to care, either. Switched to Beltons Lawn Service and my grass looks amazing today.

Spring-Green has been our lawn care team for years. They are always personal, professional and make great recommendations without being pushy. We appreciate their help and our lawn looks super!!!

Our lawn has never looked better and Scott and Jerome have been a pleasure to work with and very responsive when we needed additional follow up treatment. Scott always e-mails us in advance of their treatment visit to avoid exposing our pets to the chemicals. And their charges are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Spring Green Lawn Care!

This is the first year I have used Spring-green services. I must say my yard has been more weed free this year than previous years. I also had them to seed and aerate and I have already seen seedlings growing after a few days. My goal is to have that lush green carpeted lawn I use to have before which was so thick and healthy. So far I think I think I'm on the right track.

I signed up for Spring Greens annual program last year for $208 that included about 8-9 treatments at 6 week intervals. Within 2 treatments, my fescue lawn began to look great! Every 6 weeks, they reliably come out and treat my lawn. After one year, it looks fabulous! The best lawn on our street! Once, when their treatment did not seem to kill all the weeds, I called them to let them know, and they volunteered to come out the next day and treat it again at no charge! To be honest, I also seeded it myself with Scotts Southern Gold fescue seed once each autumn, but they did everything else! If you want the best lawn on your street for $208/year, try Spring Green for one year! I'm signing up again for next year! This is not a bogus review. Ron.

My lawn looks like velvet since starting with Spring Green. They are super responsive to any questions or concerns we have and they even do the big hill in my backyard by hand! That’s excellent service in my book.

Beware! We signed up for Spring-Green in 2018. We pre-paid for the whole package for 7 visits. They missed their schedule by about two months, only came 5 times. By the end of the season our lawn was full of weeds! After I left a negative review on Google reporting this poor experience, the owner Scott Garcia reached out to me and claimed that the fact they missed their service by months was due to bad weather, and promised they would make up the missed services. Although at that point it was already too late in the season to make it up, given his apology I removed the negative review, and was thinking I would just never use them again. However, to our surprise they came without our prior consent to service on our lawn in Feb 2019 again! After we explained to them that we never gave them consent to service this year, a representative on the phone agreed to waive the charge they billed us. But then they billed us again two months later, and now with interest added! The bill now also states that their service *automatically carry from year to year* so no consent is needed from us (see the attached photo). We are deeply disappointed by this company, and would like to share our experience here so you won't be tricked like we were.

They entered my yard without permission. My house came with a few free treatments from them however there has been 0 communication. Imagine you're sitting eating breakfast and your security alarm goes off mid bite. Someone is in your backyard. Your dogs start going wild, you look outside and see someone pouring something all over your grass. You rush to the front and..it's a lawn treasure service. Are you kidding me? I have a very clear do not enter gate without permission sign warning of dogs. If my dogs were out he could've been attacked or let them out. READ THE SIGN! ITS YOUR FAULT IF YOU IGNORE IT AND GET BIT. Tell people when you're coming, don't enter people's yard without permission. You could've been attacked by dogs or gotten the police called. Do better.
