I had the carpet of four and half rooms, a hallway and stairs cleaned today and couldn't be happier. The service was fantastic from the moment I texted. I got a quick response. The rep called me back immediately and gave me an estimate. We scheduled a date, which ended up being three weeks later, but I wasn't in a hurry. He came, was friendly, and confirmed the estimate and was done in a little over an hour. The whole job was under $300.

We’ve used priced right on multiple occasions for both Carpet cleaning and upholstery. The technician was able to get out several old stains and left our carpets looking like new. Professional, clean, organized and punctual. 5 stars for sure!!

We had a flood of water from a displaced outflow hose on the washing machine.Luckily we were home. We were able to quickly use towels to mop up laundry room bathroom and two hallways but a large amount of water went into a bedroom and the family room. The carpet in these two rooms were installed 3 months ago. I called a chain carpet cleaning company” rhymes with scooter”. In less than an hour although I had not scheduled an appointment they had sent somebody without checking with me.They were going to charge me two to $3000 to just suck water out of two carpets that the area was 3 x 18 and 3 x 12.. totally disgusted I googled a carpet cleaner near me and found price right carpet cleaning owned by Craig Samuels from Pittsboro. He did not try to oversell. He actually wasn’t going to charge me anything because it looked like most of the water was already pulled up with towels etc. but then he did find water and miracle upon miracle suctioned up all the water until dry and only charged $100!! He will definitely be getting all of my business and the rest of my families. He is very friendly, professional and I would recommend him 100% he will most definitely be getting all my future business as well as my three children who have homes in this area. He'll give straightforward estimates with no hidden fees attached and the prices are very reasonable. He's also honest about telling you whether or not he believes a stain will come out. Don't get me wrong, I think he'll do all in his power to get stains out, but he's not going to lie to you.

We had multiple pee and poop stains from our dog, a large greyhound, on our carpet. While one stain needed some overnight cleaner left on it to pull it out, everything came out looking excellent in the end.

All in all, I was super impressed with Craig's professional attitude and the work he did for us. I'd highly recommend using Price Right Carpet Cleaning to anyone in the area.

REVIEW: After calling 8 other companies, that did not inspire confidence in professionalism, when I spoke to Craig I knew I had found the RIGHT person for my challenging sofa cleaning. A New Yorker with a sense of humor, who knows his business and thoroughly explained the several methods he could use depending on the history of the sofa's stains. He asked for photos, fit me into his busy Saturday to meet my event deadline, and even advised me on an issue with my car that I had mentioned -- AND his price was lower than I was quoted from other companies. Plus he followed up with an email to make sure that I was satisfied with his work. My answer? Definitely Yes!
