Everything is great. So happy I don't have to worry so much about taking time to do what y'all do best.

They should allow no stars, b/c that's what this company should get. Terrible customer service, terrible cleaning. The only thing i can tell they did well was with drawing money. Save yourself time and frustration and DO NOT use these folks.

Cheyenne, Monet, and Miracle were extremely professional and cleaned my apartment so well it looks better then the day I moved in. All three ladies have excellent customer service skills and I hope to see them again.

The girls were incredible !!!! The cleaned my house better than anyone in 25 years !!! Every single base board shutter counter windows bathrooms ... look like new ! I will definitely have them come again each month for a deep clean !

Have had Molly Maid services for several months now and have been very happy with the results! The Team (16) shows up on time each time and does an excellent job with the cleaning

Initial deep cleaning was excellent. Much better than doing it ourselves.

We use them for our radio station cleaning. The staff always does a great job, very professional and listens when we have special instructions. The staff back at the office is very helpful and communicative.

Team 14 is awesome! They consistently do an amazing job cleaning our home. I love coming home after a clean because the house always looks beautiful!

I have been using this service for several months now & Team 16 always does a great job. Very prompt arrival & efficient cleaning, my house looks great every time!

I paid $154 for a deep clean for a house I just rented, which is about 1000 square feet. The whole experience was a bit insulting.

Maybe most noticeably, I came home to find a garbage bag on the front porch, which means that I was greeted with a chore. (See picture.)

I told the agent during the estimate and explicitly told the team that I would like the top of the refrigerator to be cleaned. It was covered in grime from the previous tenants. This request was acknowledged and agreed to both times and then simply ignored. This was incredibly irritating because it was the very thing that had clued me into how poorly the place was cleaned before I moved in, and the very thing that prompted me to hire a professional cleaner. In the middle of my living room are two large black meditation cushions. Every time I have ever paid someone to clean my home, these have been vacuumed. They were not vacuumed this time. (See picture.)

The team left the dirty linens on a sofa next to the bed, rather than putting them in the hamper, even though they put a pair of pants that was on my dresser in the hamper (which I incidentally did not want in the hamper, though they had no way of knowing this). (See picture.)

There is still visible dust on the baseboards in the living room.

Every time I've ever paid to have my apartment professionally cleaned, there have been nice touches. For example, the dog's food bowl would be cleaned, or the top of the trash can would look brand new, my shoes by the door would be tidied. There was really nothing this time that made me think, "Wow, my house is really much cleaner than it would be if I had cleaned it myself." In fact, the entryway by the front door was a jumble of shoes and a to-be-recycled box. It looked even messier than before, which was depressing. (See picture.)

When I mentioned each of these things to the customer service rep, I was repeatedly told that this is all protocol. So I paid $154 to have two people vacuum and mop, essentially. In fairness, the customer service representative did offer to send the team out again, though this is hugely inconvenient for me, as I'm sure it is for many people, since it would involve leaving the house in the middle of the day yet again.

The whole thing felt so depressingly predictable: A veneer of search engine optimization and sales/customer service reps papering over rushed and probably under-compensated labor. It feels like almost everything is like this now.

I will not use Molly Maid again. Much better to just find an individual through word of mouth and pay them directly.

**⭐☆☆☆☆ — Extremely Disappointed**

This was the worst cleaning service I’ve ever experienced. I booked a standard cleaning with Molly Maid of Chapel Hill and was shocked by the poor quality. Surfaces were left unwiped, debris that should have been easily vacuumed was left , and vacuuming was limited to just the center of the rooms.

The job was sloppy . Expensive and not at all reflective of the service provided.

Even after I raised concerns and submitted photos, I was told a quality control person had reviewed the work. If that’s their standard of “quality,” I want no part of it.

They get here. They go right to work. Everything is fresh and clean when they’re done. Our shop always looks better after they leave. I would recommend Molly Maids to anyone who needs cleaning services at home or work.

Amazing team! Their scheduling team is amazing and so organized. The cleaning team is fantastic and reliable. They are so detail oriented and don’t miss anything! I would recommend them for sure!

We have been using Molly Maid for house cleanings for several years. Most recently, Blanca & Elvia (Team #6) came and they were friendly and did a wonderful job!

Retired and busy so appreciate NOT having to 'do it myself' in order to have our home clean and in order thanks to Molly Maid. Just two of us so one time a month for two hours (in a 4 bedroom home) keeps us very clean, neat, tidy and ready for company whether drop in or overnight guests!! THANKS to Molly Maid

Mostly consistent. Always appreciate the same cleaners coming weekly. They get better each time they come.

Team 5, Rosa & Cindy clean my condo. It was very dirty the first time they came . It is now spic and span clean!! They come every two weeks to keep my home clean & safe. Wonderful team!!
