Will and his team spent a few hours at my house earlier this month to power wash my house, my driveway, my concrete patio, and to wash my exterior windows.

I am thrilled with the outcome. Their attention to detail was amazing. I assumed I'd find missed spots when I looked for them, but didn't find any! It looks like my house was newly painted without having to go through all of that mess and inconvenience, not to mention cost.

Will was very communicative from the beginning. There were a couple of scheduling glitches and he was quick to inform me and work with me to find a good solution for us both. He and his partner were on time on work day, kept me involved with progress, and checked with me when need be on details.

The Carolina Sky Softwash crew came to my house shortly after a larger company wasn’t able to wash our pollen-covered windows for another month. I decided to give them a shot because their prices were good, and they could come that week. I’m glad I did because they did a wonderful job and even came back in-person to check and make sure we were satisfied. At that point we realized an obscure window was missed. I highly recommend Carolina Sky Softwash for all exterior cleaning, including pressure washing decking, siding, window cleaning and for soft-washing asphalt roofing. The owner, Will, was very professional in his approach reviewing the job-site, making recommendations, and explaining what we could realistically expect, while not promising more than he could deliver. We have a 25+ year-old deck that had never been cleaned. He assured me he could remove the mold and dirt, but would not be able to bring it back to new, although he would do the best he could. Our roof, 18 years old, had never been cleaned and it too was moldy, not recognizable as originally being green. Will and Jackson were able to clean our decks, siding, windows, and roofing in one day, making several cleaning passes over each, bringing them back to color, more that I could have ever expected, considering their ages. I also very much appreciated Will's promptness, his communication for scheduling, his prompt contractual agreement, regular check-ins, and flexibility, ensuring we were both on track for the expectations and timing of the project. (In addition, his prices are right in line with what I felt was fair, considering others I had quoted.)

Will is someone I will definitely call again for future projects, and know you will not be disappointed.
