The price matched the quality of work. Excellent! I have used them on several projects over the years and not once have they let myself or my clients down.

Mike was really great! Super punctual, explained the repair and the cost before starting the work and didn't leave a bunch of trash behind. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! Their number is now programmed into my phone for future needs.

Our hot water heater died on Friday afternoon and Full Stack Plumbing answered the phone (thanks Samantha!), discussed the issue with us, and got us squeezed in for a quick and easy replacement. They stayed in touch, called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done. Very nice people, professional, and great at what they do. I'll definitely be calling Full Stack again for our plumbing needs! Thank you so much for being there! I am a big fan of Full Stack Plumbing. As everyone knows it can be hard to get a plumber when you have a problem. Full Stack actually answers their phone, and schedules you very promptly. If the matter is urgent they really try to get there within the day if they can. I have used them for various smaller jobs, like installing a new garbage disposal and snaking out a clogged shower, but this week they installed a new Tankless water heater for me. On our initial discussion Ben took time to explain the benefits of the tankless system to me and provided a range of estimates. Once I finally decided to move ahead Ben and John arrived promptly, solved any problems as they arose, and in addition to being competent both were easy to talk to and pleasant to be around. I recommend them highly.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasing experience with this company. The pressure on the shower faucet was very weak, so I called them to fix it. They found that gunk in the faucet was clogging the water to come out, which solved the issue. However, the very next day, I found massive water leakage from the second floor (where the shower booth is located) to the first floor. I reported immediately, and they came again to fix it. After two months, I found that the water mark in the ceiling has been expanded. I reported again, they came for an inspection, and during the inspection, they cut the ceiling. They then charged for the service that was created by them, and told me that I have to repair the ceiling by myself. They will not cover any expense. I left a bad review, and got a call from them asking for deleting my review. So for one simple repair, now I lost three days during which I couldn't work, water damage to my house, a hole in my ceiling, while paying for ~$400 for the service that created more problems. Now I wonder whether the current high starred review is due to their excellent service or based on the forced call to delete unhappy reviews.

The plumbers came when they promised, gave me a fair price for the work, and finished the job quickly! They were very professional! Full Stack always treats us right!!!

JJ from FS came tdy to install 2 new toilets. They did a fantastic job. Very efficient, explained all in detail when came to do estimate. I couldn't be more pleased. Great company, that I am SO glad to have close to home. Definitely recommend!!

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company. Having completed 2 other minor projects w/ Full Stack, I decided to trust them w/ a more complex plumbing issue that was expected to cost more money. However, I found out 2 months later that I was wrong to trust Full Stack; they let me down. They performed an initial assessment of the problem, charged me a couple hundred bucks, and said that cost would apply to the rest of the project. The plumber indicated that he had to speak w/ his supervisor for recommendations on how to complete the rest of the project. Unfortunately, that was 2 months ago and I haven't heard from them since. After several phone calls and promises to return my call, nothing happened. I was even told the owner was looking into the situation but I never received a call. Perhaps this company does NOT have the expertise nor the knowledge to repair anything beyond common plumbing problems. Furthermore, I am disappointed in this company because they do NOT appear to have the common decency to inform me when they cannot complete a job (i.e. they chose to ignore it and thought perhaps I would go away). Well, I will go away. I will take my business elsewhere. And I will also share this story w/ my neighbors when they ask me for a plumbing reference...

HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Do not waste your time or money with these people. They double charged me until I noticed it on the invoice and on three different occasions during a bathroom remodel they cost me weeks delay because I had an appointment scheduled and complete no shows. I took off work to meet Full Stack owner, did not recieve a call until the next day and rescheduled me for the following week with no explanation. They did this three times. They overcharge and are not dependable. Look for local plumbers to give your business to, not these scam artists.

Called for Rannai hw tankless service. Unit was serviced and flushed of sediment & scale. I try and do this every couple of years. Full Stack showed up on time and did a great job.

Unfortunately our hot water heater went on New Year’s Eve, we were referred to FullStack via a neighbor. The estimate provided was definitely price gouging due to the fact it was New Years Eve. We noted before the tech wrote up a quote that we were in no hurry due to holiday and could wait till after the holiday break. The estimate came back at $3482, of course we declined and received two other estimates between $1700 to $1750, both plumbers could not believe that price which seems they simply doubled the typical price book rate which is very unfortunate.

I can’t say enough good things about Ben and John. Fantastic, laid-back (in a good way) customer service. Ben was quick and efficient with my time and theirs. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my shower, build an access portal and fix the problem. He also explained and showed me how my whole house water filtration system works. He truly went above and beyond. I was also very satisfied by the dispatch woman who listened to my issue. She was cordial and got me scheduled right away - even called me when they had an opening! I would absolutely recommend Full Stack to any of my friends and neighbors. I don’t like when companies try to upsell you - FS doesn’t do that, and I am so appreciative…. Especially as another company came out and spent 2 hours looking at my whole house before ever looking at the issue I called them about!

Hired Fullstack for a water heater flush. Peyton did an outstanding job, and even fixed our toilet for free. Will definitely do business with them again.

The owner called me back in Xmas eve when my water heater died. Every time I have used them they are responsive, honest and easy to work with. Best plumber in the area by far!

I used to love this company. However, I called them last month to find out why there was water under the floors of my refinished basement. They said it was not a plumbing issue. So I decided that I must need to hire a waterproofing company and signed a contact with them for thousands of dollars. Fast forward to last night when the shower wasn’t draining and the floor was getting wet in the other room still so I called a different plumber and they realized that the problem was the waste elimination pump. I baffled as to why Full Stack didn’t catch this and now I have to see if I’m able to cancel the waterproofing that I no longer need. If Full Stack had sent someone who knew what they were doing I could have avoided a massive headache. They used to be great but lately I noticed that they seem to have expanded and are not as good. I am very frustrated and will never use them again since they wasted a lot of my time and money. I at least should get my stupid $89 fee for the last visit back since they actually SHOULD have found the problem but did not. Very disappointed as I have used them for years but time to move on.

I have used Full Stack twice now, and both times they have been very professional and helpful. I had a busy schedule on the day of my service with kid drop-offs and school delays, but they worked around my timeline and serviced my tankless hot water heater. JJ was especially helpful and communicated what was being done clearly and professionally. I have recommended them to my neighbors because they do an excellent job.

Outstanding customer focus and service. Above and beyond. Professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Definitely earned repeat business and I will refer to anyone looking for a plumbing services in the Chapel Hill area.
