Zack repaired my dishwasher. He ordered parts to fix my model and his office gave me an accurate estimate about how long it would take to get the parts. He called before he came and was at my house both times near the beginning of the window I was told to expect him. Zack also identified a problem in a second appliance. The fix is easy and I can do it myself but Zack saved me a lot of money letting me know what was wrong. Best repair service I've used in Charlotte and I'll use Ok Appliance Repair again.

Zack has come out to fix a couple of times to take care of issues for us. He calls back in a timely manner and comes out timely too. He does a great job and is so courteous. We highly recommend.

Edit: 3 days later one of jobs they performed stopped working, had to hire another guy to come out to wire it in correctly. Now very hard to get hold of, won't return my messages or calls. Won't refund for the payment.

Update: we had more problems with our fridge (different than before) and Zach came out, replaced everything same day. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had our basement ceiling collapse underneath our kitchen and the plumber who found the leak couldn’t get the fridge out to figure out where it was coming from. On a Sunday afternoon, we were desperate to find anyone who could help and after calling 9 companies, we finally got someone at OK. They were at the house within the hour, addressed our problem, ordered the parts and got us back up and running. Would happily use them again for any appliance issues.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Zac, who handled the repair of my dryer. On the initial visit, Zac assured me that replacing a part in the dryer would resolve the issue. However, just one day later, the machine broke down again. Zac then told me he would order a new motor and confirmed he would come to install it on December 2nd. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him.

I followed up on December 4th, and Zac mentioned he was experiencing back pain and promised to come by on December 5th. However, he did not respond, and I had to follow up again on December 9th to confirm he would come on December 12th at 10:30 AM. Zac did not show up at the scheduled time, and only when I texted an hour later did he inform me that he would arrive in an hour. He showed up two hours later and, upon his arrival, made no effort to communicate or explain his delays.

During the repair, Zac appeared to be working with a clear attitude and charged me an additional $15 above the quoted price. When I questioned him about this increase, he responded with an unprofessional attitude. While I did pay the extra charge, I did not feel that it was justified, nor did I feel the service was worthy of the additional cost.

Overall, I found Zac's service to be unreliable, unprofessional, and subpar. He did not provide excellent service, and his attitude was off-putting. I would not recommend OK Appliance Repair based on my experience with Zac.

Great Service! Technician came in time. He was able to resolve the issue with the Samsung refrigerator without any problems. Would definitely call upon them again.

Was able to come out the same day that I contacted them and replace the circuit board on my washer within 20 minutes. Great communication, great service, reasonable pricing.

Zach was fantastic at communicating and fixing the issues I was having with my refrigerator. He was able to come out on a Sunday to diagnose the issue I was having and ordered/installed the new part in less than 48 hours. Would highly recommend and use this service again!
