My refrigerator stopped cooling, so I contacted this company. They arrived quickly, fixed something, took the money, but after a few days the problem recurred. After several calls and reminders, they promised to call back—and disappeared. The service is completely indifferent.

Contacted them and within the hour, a repairman was at my house. This is the second time we have used them. They are always prompt and reasonably priced. They can do it all, appliances, HVAC and plumbing. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I highly recommend OK APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY. Zack fixed our washer machine quickly and promptly. Also every time I think I need to buy a new appliance but he finds a cheap solution and avoided me costly repairs. He’s really responsive and easy to communicate.

It’s a amazing company! They are called Ok Appliance repair for an issue we had with Samsung Dryer. Technician came out; he was on time, and very professional and friendly. He diagnosed Dryer quickly and come up with a solution. Technician order a part for us and the part came after one day and he was back at my house to replace the part. So this company providing great service they are reliable and trustworthy! Thank you guys for all your help! Definitely will use their services again in future.

First of all starting with our phone call for an appointment for a LG refrigerator repair and concluding with said repair by Zack , my mom and I were impressed with the great level of service that we have experience in last years. Excellent same day service at a good price! The office scheduled a tech when I called, which was awesome. He did a great job diagnosing the issue with the washer and had the part to fix it. I highly recommend using Ok Appliance.

Called in the evening and came out the next morning. Had to order a part. The Owner was back by noon and had our problem resolved. Our fridge is working again. Prompt and professional! Yay!

Really impressed with this company. They saw us on the same day. The owner picked up the phone and moved schedules around so that somebody could get out to fix my dryer. Technician was fast knowledgeable and friendly. We had refrigerator and dryer I wanted he to look at it and fix— he did an excellent job. Also, once he determined the refrigerator wouldn’t be worth fixing, and gave a lot of useful advices. I will definitely use the service again! Fantastic service!

I called OK Appliance Repair and Zac came out to take a look at our washer. As it turned out, he told us the dripping we were hearing was just our AC dripping into the drip pan(as it should). How embarrassing!! He was so incredibly polite and thoughtful by not charging us the dispatch fee. What a wonderful company and a great guy!

Zach was EXCEPTIONAL. I've used OK appliance repair twice now to fix various issues with our washer. Zach was our technician both times. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. I don't typically write reviews but his service was so exceptional that I felt the need to share this out. I will never use a different service. Zach went above and beyond to get our washer range in perfect order.

Had a refrigerator issue they were able to come and fix same day. Zach was prompt and professional and seemed to do a good job. Felt they charged a very fair price for the service call and the work that was done.

Our air conditioners stopped working during a really hot day, and we were so grateful he was able to come out quickly.
