We felt very fortunate to make connections with Alex for a refrigerator repair. Due to illness, I scheduled the appointment online, spoke with him by phone and text only. He told me of possible issues, ordered the part after inspecting the unit and came back the next day and installed new part. Appreciate his "up front" and " experience" background and other options he could provide in a timely manner. WILL contact him with next service need.

We hired Quick Quality Fix to do the appliance install for our kitchen remodel -- a double oven, and a side by side built in fridge/freezer with trimkit.

Alex arrived on time, hauled the appliances from the garage into the kitchen, and performed the install. He was courteous, careful, and meticulous.

Because his helper was out that day, he wound up doing all the work himself, and it took several hours longer than he'd original quoted. But he stayed late into the evening until the job was done, and we really appreciated that. Alex didn't want to charge us for the extra time, but we wouldn't have it. He did a wonderful job, and we know his time is valuable. We've dealt with enough *bad* contractors over the years to value the good ones when we find them. We made sure to compensate him for the extra time, and we were happy to do it.

We'll definitely use Quick Quality Fix for our appliance needs in the future. You should to!

Easy to use scheduling online. Also made it easy communicating by text because I’m always on the phone. Prompt service and I would highly recommend.

Volodymyr was on time, efficient and also helpful as we did some cleaning while the cooktop was removed. Will call SmartFix next time we have a repair.

Mike was quick to diagnose and fix our dryer. He replaced the wheels since one was broken and saw that the belt was close to breaking too so replaced that. He also cleaned all the gunk in the bottom.

Smartfix have become my go to repair company. I can call and they are there in a few hours. My tech was very knowledgeable and got my dishwasher install in short time.
