We’ve worked with Owens Chimney Systems in the past, and every experience has been consistently excellent. Most recently, our technician, Taylor Thielen, whom we have worked with in the past, was outstanding — friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured all of our questions were answered.
One thing I really appreciate about Owens is the detailed reports with photos they provide. It speaks volumes about their transparency and integrity — you know exactly what they’re seeing and recommending. It gives us great peace of mind.
Overall, Owens Chimney Systems continues to be a reliable and trustworthy company we’re happy to return to. Highly recommend!

Owen’s Chimney provides very professional service. They installed a new wood burning stove, flue, chimney cap, and even a new brick hearth. Fast forward a year later, they performed the chimney sweep and the inspection. All services have been easy to schedule, professional, and they are knowledge regarding their trade. Robert did a great job providing information to me on my stove during the inspection and was able to work around my crazy meeting schedule for work. I would highly recommend this company!
