I would highly recommend Archadeck. The quality of their products and workmanship was excellent. Recently one of the windows needed repair and I took it in. Michael Homewood dropped what he was doing and made the repair so I didn’t have to return.

Believe it or not, our back porch from Archadeck of Charlotte saved my daughter's life. Back in September of 2017 when Charlotte got hit with the bands of Hurricane Irma, a 4 ton, 120 ft poplar tree fell from our neighbors yard onto our house. The tree fell across our back porch and landed on our 5 year old daughter's room while she was in there. Thank goodness for Archadeck's solid construction and sturdy choice of building materials... the back porch took the brunt of the tree weight and kept the tree from crashing in on her. We loved our back porch by Archadeck already, but after that, we would ONLY have Archadeck do the re-build. It took a few months to get back on the schedule with them, but we know it was worth the wait.

We LOVE our new porch! Everything was done with professionalism. Was updated daily on the project, which was so appreciated! It is not a fast project. Be sure to expect a methodical process to get it done right. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL!

I contracted with Archadeck to build a screened in porch over an existing patio slab. They also installed an outdoor grille. They gave me a good price and advised on the total length of the project being a bit longer due to custom screens and windows. Long story short, they had some delays like all projects but they finished on time. The quality of the work is excellent. We are very satisfied.

We love our new Pergola with underdecking! We contacted Archadeck and asked them to redeck the flooring of our original deck and add a pergola with an underdecking system so we could install a ceiling fan and enjoy our deck year round free from the elements. We are loving our porch addition. The subcontractors hired by them for the most part were on-time and professional, and whenever they were less than satisfactory, the supervisor in our Archadeck make sure things are right.
We would recommend any homeowner who is contemplating an outdoor space at least allow them to bid on any project. Indeed, we may be adding a patio and a pergola in the years ahead, and when that happens, we will certainly call them back to see what they can offer.

Keith was patient with us and answered all our questions and gave great advice on design. He listened to our needs and delivered!
