Gianni Electric responded same day to my request for outlets not working. Jose was prompt and wore a mask the entire time. He diagnosed and fixed the issue problem in about an hour. Price and customer service was great.

Gianni Electrical ran power to my dock for a new boat lift. They provided a detailed line-item estimate, clearly explained what, why, and how they would be doing the work. They showed up as scheduled and completed the work on time and within their original quote. Quality communication and excellent work. Will hire them again as needed and would recommend Gianni for any electrical needs in the LKN area.

Gianni the is the best electrician I’ve used in a long time. As a realtor I’m constantly referring different trades to clients and Gianni is one of the best. They’ve also done work on my personal house and couldn’t be happier. Very responsive, professional, and pricing is very fair.

Daniel moved a pendant light from one room to the other and removed a ceiling fan he did it fast and was very personable. Even helped me decide the carpet I had put in that day looked just fine with my wall color. I will ask for him personally to perform my living room ceiling fan installment.

Wonderful service and fairly priced. Jesse had my car charger installed in my new home quickly and the place, around the area he worked, cleaner than before he started. My nephew who is an electrician in California said his pricing was extremely fair and the components were all great quality. I had two other quotes and both the price and the time was more. Would absolutely recommend this company and do not plan on using anyone else.

Buddy did a very good job of organizing sub-contractors' work and schedules and he worked closely with them to maintain a clean, organized and safe job site.

AHI did a great job. I purchased new construction and I had him come out and do the pre-drywall as well as the final inspection. Both inspections were very thorough and found things I may not have seen and in the case of the pre-drywall inspection, probably would not have even known to look for. The reports provided were detailed and easy to read and understand. In addition, the website has a great tool for creating a request list based off the report. Both provided the builder with all the information they needed to correct the problems quickly and could prevent costly and aggravating warranty claims.

We used David to examine our new home during two phases, pre-drywall and before we closed. Both times he was extremely thorough and diligent, checking every facet of the construction and inner workings of the house. He caught a number of issues that the city inspectors missed or overlooked, including a major structural wall problem that the builder had supposedly addressed that he had previously brought up.

Needless to say, we were very happy with his services and knowledge, and have already recommended him to others.

We hired Dave to do a pre-drywall inspection for new construction and his service was excellent. First of all, he was very accommodating to me as my builder changed the inspection dates a couple of times and Dave was able to fit me in within a days notice.

He was punctual and patient with his inspection. He went through every room and quickly identified mistakes, including a sloping floor, missing foundation bolts.

David was very professional and detailed in our inspection and gave us a complete and thorough review. He didn't miss a thing. This is the 3rd inspection we have received from David and we have been complete satisfied each time. His attention to detail and his documentation made it very easy for us to review each and every issues. In the end he found items that saved us thousands at closing! Thanks David!

Alex was awesome to work with! He was very kind, knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. Some of the issues he pointed out were an easy fix we could do ourselves. He also got us scheduled very quickly as we were on a time crunch. I would definitely refer him to anyone in need of his services!
