I've used Quality Construction for several projects ranging gutter replacement to exterior painting and wood replacement. I have always been pleased with Hugo's knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism, and the overall work he and his crew does. I've dealt with many contractors and it is comforting knowing you are paying for honest, quality work.

I hired this company for several home electrical work through Angi. Hugo and his assistant were fantastic! He did an initial free visit to assess the work and provide an estimate. He was extremely professional and would explain details to me as we were looking at different lightning changes I wanted to make. He went above and beyond by suggesting further improvements and changes I did not consider before. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, the quality of his work is impecable and they work really fast. They also offered to dispose all electrical parts removed and boxes, which was greatly appreciated! Lastly, him and his assistant are very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I also hired him to fix a wooden gate in my deck. This gate was made by a handyman who blamed my deck for how his gate was touching and scratching the floor on one side. Hugo very quickly identified and solved the issue and suggested a possible replacement since the current gate is just too heavy and not well built. It was again impressive how knowledgeable he is and offers an arrangement of solutions.

I strongly recommend Hugo and his crew. I'm already looking into doing additional projects with them!

Hugo and his people helping him very good at their work. They all were Professional and friendly. We are selling our house and Hugo helped repair our house. They painted inside and outside of our house. They did an excellent job with the painting. They also did repairers to the ceilings and the walls. They kept the house clean and orderly while doing the work. I would recommend them to anyone that has any type of work. They are able to do any repairs and upgrades needed. Work was done March and April 2020.

The Quality Construction & Restoration Co. was recommended to me by my realtor as a resource for painting the townhouse that I purchased in the South Park area of Charlotte. Not only did Hugo and his crew tackle the 22.5 foot high, pumpkin-colored walls and ceilings in the living room, but they did an excellent job covering some very dark colors in the other rooms of the townhouse. They paid great attention to detail with their painting and took every precaution to protect the flooring, fixtures and appliances during their painting process.

Hugo is professional, knowledgeable and very personable, often going the extra mile to make certain that all my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied with the work that had been completed. He has continued to go out of his way to offer both advice and assistance as other home remodelling needs have arisen.

I found his company on google awhile ago. I’ve had great experiences with Hugo and his team! This is the 2nd time he has fixed something at my parents house. Responsive, affordable and flexible with his hours. Will definitely call him on other problems in the future!

Hugo and his team did a great job on a small, but technical, project at my house. The project included framing, sheathing, waterproofing, siding, gutters, flashing, interior trim, drywall, and paint. Hugo was able to complete all of these different scope items and delivered a quality end product. Job well done.

Hugo and his staff did an excellent job on a drywall repair in my home. They were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of my call. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and explained the repairs prior to beginning. Great work, service, and fair price. Hired Hugo to fix ceiling drywall damage. He sent me a reasonably priced quote and came a couple of days later to fix it. Great quality, very professional and thorough. There was minimal dust in the house because they enclosed the area where they were working with plastic but still cleaned up afterwards whatever dust was left. I’m giving Hugo more projects to do around the house now that I’ve seen the quality of their work. Definitely recommend hiring them.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough! I had some water damage on my ceiling from a leak. In a time of much stress and uncertainty, Hugo was the calm within the storm. Hugo was hired to remodel our bathroom he replaced the bathtub into a shower, removed a major wall, install laminated floors in livingroom, dinningroom, hallway, and kitchen our home has so much more space its beautiful. Incredible team to work with attentive in their work, very friendly attitude.

Hugo’s “skilled” team was professional, equipped and did an outstanding job installing shiplap and painting on 19ft wall around my fireplace.Project was completed timely and within budget. I decided to take a chance on Hugo after reading good reviews online to repair some water damage we had from a bad storm. I am so thankful I called him. He came out the same day I called, put together an estimate for the repairs for our insurance and made it work with what the insurance company gave us. He went above and beyond accommodating our wants and needs. His team just completed the outside work and did it all within one day and he is going to do the inside work soon based on my work schedule. He is professional, accommodating, reliable and honest which is very hard to find. He cares about the work he does and the people he does it for. I will be using him for any home repairs and projects we have in the future and I would recommend him without a doubt. I will leave another review along with photos once the inside work is done.
