We were so impressed with Bill and his team at CHS Construction! They were extremely timely, responsive, and professional. Jared and Mark did exceptional work repairing some drywall and installing a new vanity for us. They helped us come up with a creative solution to repair our bathroom floor as well. George did an amazing job repairing our toilet. Even though our job was small, Bill and his team treated us with such respect. Their price was fair and quality of work was excellent. We will absolutely be using them for all future projects and would recommend them to anyone!

This review is to let residents of Windsor Run in Matthews, NC know what a fine job one of the handymen (Seth Friedman) who is employed by CHS, did while making a few repairs in my apartment. Seth is a shining example of an employee who takes his work seriously, is very organized, keeping excellent records of what needs to be done and what he has already accomplished. He pays attention to detail, is efficient, knows what he’s doing and always does an excellent job, never leaving a mess behind. His work is beautiful, and CHS is fortunate to have him!

Bill and Jared did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom. With any project you can expect to have a few small issues. Every time we needed them they were very responsive and quick to resolve even the most minor problems. Their friendly let professional approach was ver appreciated and from the start they made us feel like old friends. I would highly recommend them for any of your home renovation projects. We’ve used CHS Construction for multiple projects in our house and their work is absolutely beautiful. Our first project with them, I was 8 months pregnant and really needing to get our renovation done before the baby came. Of course, my baby decided to come 4 weeks early and CHS kicked it into high gear and finished the renovation before we even got home from the hospital! They are super responsive, extremely efficient, and really everything you could need in a contractor!! Highly highly recommend them to anyone, no matter how big or small the project!

Seth with CHS Construction did marvelous work on some finishing touches required in our newly constructed apartment. This work required strong technical skills, focus, and attention to detail. Seth is also a perfectionist who always went the extra mile to complete this work in a professional way. We highly recommend him.

We have used CHS construction for a number of projects around our home, and each time they exceed our expectations. The craftsmanship is top notch; the project manager, Jared, is communicative and willing to answer any and all questions; and the prices are very fair in our experience. Additionally, CHS gets things done in a quick and timely manner. For example, they completed our bathroom renovation in 2 weeks; and completed an over garage mother in law suite that included inputting a bathroom and kitchen in around 2.5 months. we will definitely work with CHS on future projects in our home.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job (raised ceiling garage storage racks) much quicker than we expected. I love, love, love my new master bathroom remodel. I’d like to thank Seth, our project manager, and his fantastic crew for making this process stress free for my husband and me. The tag team, as I call them…Carlos, Omar, George all did a great job. Although there were a few hiccups resulting from the demolition crew. Seth made sure they were corrected. In addition to our master bath, CHS replaced the rotted wood trim around the back door, and they also replaced the 2 moldings over our 2 car garage. I would highly recommend CHS Construction Group to anyone needing home improvement of any kind. I will definitely use them again for any future jobs we need done in our home. I had CHS Construction remove and replace my master bathroom shower in June 2022. Throughout the process, Bill (Owner) was always available and kept me in the loop on their schedule. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the project and even offered to go with me to the store if I needed help picking out the right materials for the job. CHS was friendly, professional, on time and on budget. I look forward to working with Bill and his Team in the future.
