MDA Group provided outstanding work while building my deck. Keith answered all my questions with detailed explanation and always kept me informed of the process. I called this person to give me a quote on some repairs in my home that needed to be fixed. After a missed appointment, he did finally come and said he would get back to me with the quotes. He has done nothing but waste my time. If you can't make repairs, just say so. Don't leave a person hanging in the wind.

I was having trouble killing the weeds in my yard and after several attempt with products from Lowes I hired this company. They did an amazing job with the lawn and it looked far better just a week after their first visit.

Jonch is very detail oriented. He comes out to give an estimate and lets you know if he sees other things that need to be fixed as well! Highly recommend for lawn care, leaf removal general yard work, mulching, weed spraying and even Christmas lights! Highly recommend!

I’ve used Perkins Property Services twice to hang Christmas lights after he was recommended by my neighbor down the street. Jonch is a great communicator and my lights looked fantastic. His pricing is competitive and he even went above and beyond to make sure cords were as minimally visible as possible and cleaned out a gutter that was out of my reach and packed with leaves and debris. He and his crew were great, efficient and did a wonderful job! I’ve already recommended him to other neighbors.

Selvin and his team replace wood siding on our home, replaced rotted trim and painted the house and gutters. They did an excellent job, our house looks the best it has in 10 years. We had them back out to update our deck and add an extension. Again they did great work and we are looking forward to spending time on our new deck!

I hired Alvakanda Construction to remodel my hair salon in Waxhaw, NC. They came out quickly to analyze the job and provided a fair quote. My experience with them was over my expectations. Alvakanda Construction repaired my vinyl siding, that was damage due to my neighbor’s house catching on fire. Selvin and Julie are real professionals and very courteous. They were on time and even early every time they came out to my home. It was very difficult to match my color siding, but with their expertise in vinyl siding, they suggested that they could paint it, me not being very knowledgeable was not for it at first, but in the end painting was the route we had to take. I want to say I am very pleased at the outcome, it looks like the sidings natural color. I am so very thankful to Alvakanda Construction (Selvin & Julie).
