Gianni Electric responded same day to my request for outlets not working. Jose was prompt and wore a mask the entire time. He diagnosed and fixed the issue problem in about an hour. Price and customer service was great.

Gianni Electrical ran power to my dock for a new boat lift. They provided a detailed line-item estimate, clearly explained what, why, and how they would be doing the work. They showed up as scheduled and completed the work on time and within their original quote. Quality communication and excellent work. Will hire them again as needed and would recommend Gianni for any electrical needs in the LKN area.

Gianni the is the best electrician I’ve used in a long time. As a realtor I’m constantly referring different trades to clients and Gianni is one of the best. They’ve also done work on my personal house and couldn’t be happier. Very responsive, professional, and pricing is very fair.

Daniel moved a pendant light from one room to the other and removed a ceiling fan he did it fast and was very personable. Even helped me decide the carpet I had put in that day looked just fine with my wall color. I will ask for him personally to perform my living room ceiling fan installment.

Wonderful service and fairly priced. Jesse had my car charger installed in my new home quickly and the place, around the area he worked, cleaner than before he started. My nephew who is an electrician in California said his pricing was extremely fair and the components were all great quality. I had two other quotes and both the price and the time was more. I had a plumbing leak and found this company that was highly recommended on nextdoor.com. Even though their schedule was full, they made time to come fix the problem within 24 hours. Fair price, professional and customer orientated.

I do not recommend Flipbox. After not completing a job that had multiple challenges and agreeing to refund my money within 30 days, I have not received a dime of nearly $4k owed to me. Rob has gone completely silent. Beware!

Hired a crew that couldn't communicate with us and brought their children into our home while working. Also used our house like it was their own without prior consent. After leaving a mess, there were multiple issues with our floor that have since gotten worse (see below). When we talked to Rob about it, he continued to ask us "what can I do to make you happy?" We told him that fixing our floor would do the trick but he was unwilling to do so. After several attempts to contact him when the issues got worse, he won't return our calls or texts. Funny how he had no problem cashing our check though.
