AHI did a great job. I purchased new construction and I had him come out and do the pre-drywall as well as the final inspection. Both inspections were very thorough and found things I may not have seen and in the case of the pre-drywall inspection, probably would not have even known to look for. The reports provided were detailed and easy to read and understand. In addition, the website has a great tool for creating a request list based off the report. Both provided the builder with all the information they needed to correct the problems quickly and could prevent costly and aggravating warranty claims.

We used David to examine our new home during two phases, pre-drywall and before we closed. Both times he was extremely thorough and diligent, checking every facet of the construction and inner workings of the house. He caught a number of issues that the city inspectors missed or overlooked, including a major structural wall problem that the builder had supposedly addressed that he had previously brought up.

Needless to say, we were very happy with his services and knowledge, and have already recommended him to others.

We hired Dave to do a pre-drywall inspection for new construction and his service was excellent. First of all, he was very accommodating to me as my builder changed the inspection dates a couple of times and Dave was able to fit me in within a days notice.

He was punctual and patient with his inspection. He went through every room and quickly identified mistakes, including a sloping floor, missing foundation bolts.

I would absolutely recommend him to others.

Alex was awesome to work with! He was very kind, knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. Some of the issues he pointed out were an easy fix we could do ourselves. He also got us scheduled very quickly as we were on a time crunch. I would definitely refer him to anyone in need of his services!

My experience with their company was really nice. Hunter was very informative and through with his inspection. I was surprised by his attention and walking me through with every minute things that could have gone unnoticed. He Infact took sufficient time to walk around the property and gave almost every question i had. I would really recommend their firm.

We used AHI for our inspection and the process was incredibly simple, thorough, and informative. Partially because following the inspection, their easy to use online app contained detailed photos and notes of all the existing and potential problems. Additionally David took the time to go over the major problems and point out several DIY fire hazards the previous homeowner had accidentally created. The problems AHI found as a result of their inspection, that I myself had overlooked with the home, literally saved us thousands in closing negotiations to cover the cost or repairs. I can't recommend their services enough to anyone getting ready to purchase a home.

Inspector Hunter Griggs did a very thorough job and was great at explaining findings to my older clients. The inspection was also very detailed, yet easy to understand. I could not have asked for a better inspector or inspection for my clients!

While we ended up not using them four out inspection, I can speak to the service provided from the office to their clients. We had an inspector cancel last minute on a house my wife and I are trying to purchase, so we reached out to dozens of inspectors last minute trying to find someone who could perform the inspection at the same time we had the other inspector scheduled for. AHI was unable to do so since they were all booked up, but put us in at the first available time they had. We ended up finding someone awesome who could do it last minute and had to cancel with AHI, unfortunately I didn’t even realize we had scheduled with them officially, but the gentleman I spoke with at the office was understanding and flexible and worked with us for our cancellation. It’s not often you can give a glowing review to a place you didn’t even use the services of, but if their office people who are doing the scheduling/billing are any reflection of their inspectors I would say you are in good hands!

Had a home inspected by Kalynn and she was phenomenal. She was thorough and took the time to explain what/why she inspected. Truly a great experience, would recommend this company and I look forward to using AHI for my next home

Excellent job. Professional and thorough. As an example, the inspector had pulled off the electrical panel and noticed an electrical defect that was not immediately obvious and could have been missed without careful examination. Clear explanations and friendly in person summary.

This is the second time I have used David's company. The first was on a 30,0000sf commercial building and this time it was on a home my wife and I have under contract. I went back to David a second time because he and his team were very knowledgeable, thorough and professional the first time and they did not disappoint me this time. Same great knowledge and professionalism at a great value. I have dealt with several inspectors over my lifetime (both commercial and residential) and David has been the best. Alex is one of the best inspectors we have ever had. Not only did he do a thorough job inspecting the property, but he also went over every detail in person and made sure I understood WHY the issue was either minor or major. They are incredible! I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient and kind when answering every question we had, and were hundreds cheaper than the others when calling around. It really put our minds at ease, and saved us THOUSANDS in preventative care and maintenance. The entire process was smooth, start to finish; very quick and convenient contract signing and payment, and the report was available quickly and easily accessable. I was honestly blown away by the quality of service they provided. Alex was our inspector, and was absolutely top notch. I struggle to even find a single negative OR neutral thing to say about him and his work, only positives. Overwhelmingly excellent experience! Definitely referring them to anyone I can.

We had a wonderful experience with AHI during our home inspection. They were very thorough and honest about issues they had found. Alex even called us after business hours to have a conversation with us about some of the things found during the inspection. We ended up not purchasing the home due to the many issues we found. We used AHI a second time because we love them for our next home inspection. Again a very thorough job! Great guys to work with!

We have used AHI now for two home inspections and have been very satisfied with each experience. Being that we are first time homebuyers, David's extensive knowledge and ability to describe his process and findings in layman's terms left us feeling comfortable as well as confident. It was great to work with AHI R&C Inspections Inc. Hunter was very responsive and explained every thing very well for the final private inspection of our newly built house in Indian Land SC. In my view, it was all worth it and he definitely pointed out to the items, we must have missed in the orientation otherwise. Highly recommended, and fee was also very competitive. We used AHI services for the Final Private Inspection and Radon testing. Highly recommended and I will definitely recommend him to friends and go for our future needs.

Hunter did my inspection. I grew up working with my parents on rentals most of my life. I knew what I was looking for and knew what I needed looked at. He had a great personality and did not mind me asking 100 questions. He thoroughly checked everything and gave updates as he was going. He explained things to me when I didn't understand it. I couldn't have asked for a better inspector. He also saved me from buying a house that could have potentially cost me a lot of money. I'll definitely be back as my house hunting isn't done and I know I'll need another inspection. Thank you Hunter for doing a exceptional job.
