We are very thankful to Alex Parr for performing the inspection on our perspective house. He found some issues which could cost us lots of headache and possibly financial losses in a long run. He was able to address all our questions in a very professional manner. He also gave us lots of good tips and suggestions for our future home maintenance. We would like to thank all AHI team for all the patience with our scheduling, rescheduling and performance of the inspection. Addition: I would like to thank Alex again for another thorough inspection on a house we plan to purchase. He found not only the current, but potential future issues we were not aware of. He spent a lot of extra time answering to all my questions and explaining maintenance/using of all the features that house has. Comparing to some home inspectors we used to deal before, I would recommend Alex and AHI Residential & Commercial Inspections to anyone.

Alex did our home inspection and did such a great job I would hire him again if we ever decide to purchase another home. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. We never felt rushed and he was ready to answer any and all questions we had. The report had all of the pictures which made it so much easier to remember what we saw, and we felt confident in reading the report due to Alex being able to go into detail on some of the findings. Alex did our home inspection two years ago and did such a great job we hired him again when we recently decided to move. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual and very thorough. Our family is very pleased with the home inspection performed by Hunter Griggs. He had an orderly and systematic approach in performing the exterior and interior inspections of the home. Although focused and engrossed in the inspection, he was still eager to answer questions when asked. We called AHI to perform a warranty inspection on our 1 year old new build. Kaylynn came out and was extremely thorough and knowledgable. We especially liked the repair request tool that was available on the website after our report was complete. We would definitely recommend AHI to anyone purchasing a home or coming up on their warranty expiration on a new build.
