Kenny and his crew are friendly and knowledgeable. They show up on time, wear professional uniforms, do a good job with the yard and plants, and are priced fairly. Also, they are easy to communicate with. I’ve been a customer for 9+ years and have been continually satisfied and impressed.

I live at the Reserves in Gastonia. I have had to basically start doing my own area around my townhouse. From blowing off the porch and back patio to spraying because they neglect to miss something every time they come. Beds are never edged, certain areas are continuously missed. Not including throwing grass on vehicles and not even taking the time to blow them off. After pruning last month the place looked awful. Today came home to pine needles put out. Of course blew them up around the office and looks neat, but for the rest of us pine needles everywhere. In the grass, on the porches, bushes covered. When you just don’t care it shows. Sad excuse for a company. From the reviews I have read I should not be surprised.

They mow my neighbors lawn. But feel it’s ok to mow all the fall leaves onto my lawn. I have pictures. I’m 62 w back problems and diabetes. That’s a lot of leaves they piled up. I asked them to blow them off and that they could put it in the adjacent woods. They said they would do it. But when I turned and left was told they made an insulting hand signal to my back. And they never cleaned it up. If they do this for the next 2 months I’ll never get those leaves raked up. I don’t know if you can use them if you don’t want your neighbors disrespected. I’ll call the police next time they are here so they don’t take advantage of me. If they still keep being disrespectful, I’ll see if I can get a restraining order before going with a civil suit.

We hired Daniel to remove an old concrete patio and prefabbed sunroom from our backyard. We also had him excavate around our foundation to allow for repairs and waterproofing.
