Manny and Michelle with Mosquito Squad were a wonderful team today! I was away from home when I got the notice that my tech was on the way. (We had had to skip our regular appointment because it was so rainy last week and the tiny, annoying vampires had really made a comeback in a few areas of our front and back yard.) I texted Michelle what was going on and she relayed the details to Manny. I got home just before Manny began and to say he took extra care with those problem areas as well as the rest of the yard would be a huge understatement! Thanks again, Manny and Michelle! 😃

Specifically asked for the technician not to put a notice on the door handle indicating service was performed. Couldn’t have been more clear about this as I’m often out of town and don’t wish to advertise when I am. I was assured this wouldn’t happen. Tech came on Monday and I was out of town until Saturday, so the notice was on the door handle the entire week.

UPDATE: The business owner personally reached out multiple times to apologize and take responsibility, which is a rarity these days. The house was serviced again today, and this time no notice was left on the door.

Kerry did an awesome job for our first mosquito barrier treatment, although I didn’t catch him before he started (was busy with dishes). Unfortunately, with all this rain in Charlotte, I have had to reach out for two retreatments. Michelle with Mosquito Squad has been quick to respond when I reach out via email. The company and technicians have been very accomodating with my questions and requests.
This morning (6/11), Stanley came out first thing and was absolutely exceptional, in customer service, as well as treatment! I requested that he focus below our back
deck. He said he would, and he took very good care of that location, as well as other areas around the deck and going back towards the front porch, as well! I am very pleased with this retreatment that he provided. Thank you, Stanley! He also reminded me of the referral program for next season, which I look forward to sharing with our neighbors!

Mosquito Squad has truly transformed how we enjoy our yard. Our kids and pets love being outside now, and we’re finally able to relax without constantly swatting bugs. The results were noticeable after just one treatment, and the service has been consistently great ever since.

We have lots of flowers in both our front and backyard, and it means a lot to us that we’ve still seen pollinators around — it’s clear the team knows exactly where and how to treat without disturbing the good bugs.

Special shoutout to David M., our technician — he’s always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Mosquito Squad to anyone looking for a more enjoyable outdoor space!

Manny with Mosquito Squad came by this week. He checked with us prior to treatment to see if we had any particular concerns, which we appreciated. He applied the treatment thoroughly using an all-natural essential oil mix. In spite of the very hot and rainy summer we are having, it has still cut back tremendously on the mosquitos. We can actually spend time outside this summer and don't have a swarm of mosquitoes at the doors trying to get inside. This was this case before we signed up with Mosquito Squad. Thanks, Manny!

We would like to spotlight what a great job David did providing our monthly service today. He was courteous and very thorough. We believe he treated our property more thoroughly than any technician we have had in the past. We are able to enjoy our outdoors without mosquitoes in the spring and summer. It is a huge benefit that we are able to enjoy sitting outside

Been a customer for two years now and the customer service is top notch. The technicians always ask about where problem areas are in our yard and are so nice. If we ever need a retreat the front office is very communicative - they are so speedy and happy to come out within the next day or two. Well run company!

Taylor came out and did another spray around the perimeter. He called to confirm what he did and asked if there was anything else he could do while there. He was very polite and professional. Thank you to Jonathan!

Stanley is great. Very friendly, always asks if there are areas or plants I don't want sprayed. Pleasant to talk to and always willing to help. I would recommend Stanley and Mosquito Squad to anyone.

My lawn looks great and they always give the best suggestions. The bushes were trimmed a couple of weeks back and they still look good. They are excellent communicators and always looking out for us. 100% recommend!! 😊
