Had a great experience. They were very professional. Analyzed the issue & was able to get it fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely recommend them.

Anderson Technicians are outstanding! Very professional and know their trade! They installed a new A/C and Furnace and did a great job! They showed me and thoroughly explained everything they replaced. They cleaned up very well and halled off all old equipment.

I have used Anderson since my home was built in 2006. I am on the same AC and Furnace the house was built with. That should tell you thr bulk of what counts. There is also a feeling of family and or Rep Julie had become a friend and watched or son grow up. We could not ask for a better partner.

My HVAC compressor went out. They gave me options and got my old system replaced extremely efficiently. They got my family AC before the 100 degree temperatures arrive!

Garrett and Paul were timely, professional and got our installations done. It was a great experience. And Andersen H&C has been servicing our prior units for years. It's a reliable company that we've been very happy with.

We have been with Anderson 20 years, and have recommend Anderson to our neighbors.

Andersen Heating & Cooling installed a new Rheem split system in May 2022. This system replaced a Comfortmaker system was was installed as new construction in 2011 and had developed a leak in the A-coil. The installation technicians for the new system were excellent. They knew their craft and were very professional. The new unit is efficient and quiet. When the unit was six months old, though, we noticed the house was significantly colder than the thermostat settings. The thermostats were showing that the system had failed to run for the previous day and a half. The furnace was failing to fire (ignition failure code displayed). I called Andersen after checking the rest of the system to verify no issues with the remainder of the system or the Honeywell zone controller, and they able to work me in for a warranty call, even thought the technicians were covered up. When the technician arrived to further troubleshoot, the failure could not be replicated, after attempting several configurations to make it fail. He agreed that the likelihood was an intermittent failure of the control board or gas valve solenoid. The failure has still not presented itself again, but I really appreciate the response from the technician, who worked with me to find the issue, and for Andersen doing what they could to satisfy their customer. I also appreciate not replacing parts just to replace parts in hopes of finding a problem. I will continue being an Andersen client, and would recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Updated Winter 2024: Failure to ignite began recurring. Contacted Andersen and was able to discuss troubleshooting with technician. Unable to narrow down to issue being board or valve (board controls ignition timing and signals to valve), both were replaced. Unfortunately, a couple of days after that, failure to ignite occurred again. Similar discussion with technician, in that the failure was not making any sense. Replaced valve again, and the unit is working reliably. I just really appreciate the responsiveness of Andersen to address the issue. I think the Rheem unit is a good unit, very quiet and efficient. Seems to be a case of infant mortality which can occur with electronics.

With the air conditioner on for a couple of days, I noticed a temperature difference between set point and room of about 4 degrees on the evening of May 8th. The blower for the house was running, so I investigated the condenser unit outside, and found the compressor was running with the outside air fan off. Past experience caused me to think a start capacitor was likely failed, but with the compressor running, that was likely not the case. The next morning after tracing out the system and verifying failure modes, it was determined to be an intermittent failure of the ECM (the fan motor that is an electronically commutated motor) controls. When the fan motor failed to start with the compressor (off the 24V signal from the thermostat to the compressor contactor), turning the system off, cycling power, and restarting the system would result in a start of the outside air fan motor. Andersen was contacted with the information and a technician was able to verify the findings and replace the motor. I have been very pleased with all of my interactions with Andersen. While this updated review may seem off with what is being described, I would characterize Andersen as a company that stands by their products, has very competent technicians that care about getting it right for the customer, and a staff that is very pleasant to work with. As I have mentioned before, Andersen will remain my recommendation for any HVAC needs.

This company truly cares about their customers. Billy was kind and professional. He did not pressure me in to just buying a new system. He tried everything possible to fix my old AC unit, but in the end, I did purchase a new one. Steven, Joel and John came to install my new system. They were all friendly and professional. During the install, the guys came in with shoe covers, drop cloths to protect my floors. After completion, it was like they were never there because they’d removed my old unit and trash and even vacuumed up after they finished. Lauren, who works in the office, was wonderful to work with. She called to check on the progress of the install and to set up follow-up appointment the for county inspection. I highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs!

Our Goodman system was nearly 16 years old and we were considering replacing the entire system. The original Goodman system was installed by Andersen and Andersen technicians kept it running during that time. We wanted to bring our HVAC system up to date so we contacted Andersen. They sent Omar Abundez and his assistant, Masin, out to check on our Goodman system. We decided to purchase a new system because we didn't want to pay money for fairly expensive repairs on our old system. We agreed on a new Rheem system on 3/14/2022. The very next day Omar and Masin were here at 9:00 They took our old system out, put our new system in and it was up and running by 1:00pm. Our furnace is in the attic accessed by pull down stairs. It isn't an easy task getting anything up there. They took out the old furnace and put the new one up there without any damage what so ever of any kind. They were great to work with and we were extremely pleased with their courtesy, their willingness to answer any and all of our questions, their installation work and their promptness. They cleaned up the attic and everything downstairs and we didn't have to do anything. They were awesome. We would highly recommend Omar and Masin if you ever get the option of having them do your installation.

These guys are great. My buddy called me up saying the thermostat was messed up at the house he rents from me. I sent a message to Anderson on their website at like 9PM and they immediately responded, made all the arrangements with my guy - the next morning - and fully rectified and serviced my system by about 3PM. Issue ended up being caused by my property management company - story for another time. On another note, I HIGHLY recommend their service plan. It's reasonably priced piece of mind for one of the more expensive systems in my house. Being hundreds of miles away I sleep well at night knowing they come twice a year and make sure it's working at it's best. Plus, they do these really cool, highly detailed reports on your system that I really like to nerd out on. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I had a 2014 system entirely replaced. My compresor went out (Sunday) and frankly considering how old the unit was coupled with the fact we aren’t moving anywhere it was best to replace. I was able to speaking with Anderson Heating & Cooling on Monday (Labor Day) and my entire HVAC system was replaced by Tuesday at 4:30pm. Steve and Nolan arrived at 8:30 am. They were extremely efficient moving out the old and installing the new. I give them a lot of credit even though my attic was an inferno they were very professional and detailed. A supervisor came out inspected there work and complimented them on how thorough they were. The cost of the system was fair.

My really good friend is a realtor who deals with many companies and he told me “they are a great company”.

They are quick, prompt, accommodating, kind, professional, resourceful, and have expert knowledge. Such a big purchase, especially in this climate, is always difficult.
