Thank you so much for sending Alex to service my ac unit. He was very thorough and explained everything to me as well as showed me pictures. I was planning on not renewing my service contract this year until Alex came out and did such a great job i felt like I was getting my money’s worth. The unit has not run this quiet and smooth in quite a while. I hope I get him again for my next service.

I needed a 2nd opinion on a quote I received from my current provider. Im glad I did. It was way under the 1st quote and tech was also very knowledgeable about the air duct cleaning process and uv lighting options as well. 😌

Recently moved here.
Had my first service for preventative maintenance yesterday. I was fortunate to have Julie as my technician!!! She was fantastic! I have requested her from now on. She explained more about my furnace than I ever expected to learn. Also, I was concerned about air quality and had her install an all home air purifier system! I will only be using Andersen Heating & Cooling!

We always get great service from Anderson. Their technicians explain very carefully any additional work needed or suggest upgrades/replacements that will keep our system running smoothly.

Our Tech, Matthew was great. He explained the issue with our unit after the system maintenance was finished and was able to repair one of the issues before leaving.

From initial contact with Hector who educated me and helped me make an educated decision on my HVAC, to the installer Steve and Nolan, everything was great. I also appreciate all their effort and hard work. The programming of the thermostat by Jake was well done and I also say the customer service from everyone i spoke to at their office were always helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend Anderson Heating & Cooling.

Have been using the services of Andersen Heating &Cooling since I got my house in 2007 and have no complaints. I get serviced twice per year and have no complaints. I would recommend them because of their efficiency

We have used Anderson for 17 years and have never been disappointed with their service. Julie is awesome and always acts like it’s her home being serviced! Always professional and knowledgeable.

We have been with Andersen for over 20 years and Julie is the best! She is so friendly and helpful. She has almost become like family.

My experience with Anderson was very good. The worker got here on time, called me ahead of time to let me know he’d be here in 10 minutes, answered all my questions, and did a thorough inventory of my heating system. I was very placed.

Andersen was able to get my hearing unit back and running and did a great job. Matthew my technician was great and did a fantastic job keeping me updated with everything going on.

We’ve been a customer of Andersen since purchasing our first home in 2009. Julie has been our technician this entire time. Julie is highly knowledgeable and very customer oriented. I couldn’t imagine using another company.

Appreciate the patience, and time it took to make an appointment, and then reschedule to a later date. Worker came in, was punctual knowledgeable, friendly and polite.
Given this was my first time with Anderson, I am very pleased and see no reason why I won’t not be a lonhg term customer

Bradley, our service tech always does a thorough job. Even though one of our units is only several months old, he found several things that were not done during installation and should have been. We've been very pleased with all service techs. Installation teams however could be better trained and seem to want to cut corners ( ex. Leveling of the outside condensor) to name just one item.

Julie was kind considerate thorough. Communicated well. She found a potential problem showed me what it looked like and took a picture of mine. Help me make the decision for preventative maintenance. She’s an excellent technician in my opinion.

Our experience with Andersen Heating and Air staff has been exceptional from the office staff, technicians, and new unit installers. The installers took extra time to make sure we knew how to work the new thermostats while also keeping the floors of the house protected as they worked. They were also extremely friendly and respectful as they worked in our home! We highly recommend the company and its personnel!! Top notch!

My experience was great from beginning to end. Hector really did a great job explaining the pro and cons of the various options that I had for replacing my AC. My unit was older and I was having so many problems that I decided to replace it. I ended up purchasing an energy efficient AC and replacing my furnace. The installers just completed the job today. They didn't rush through it, they took their time to ensure that they did the job right. I can't wait to start enjoying my new system. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Very impressed with the entire experience provided by Andersen Heating & Cooling. From my initial call, through to the technicians departure, nothing but outstanding customer service. A special thanks to Bradley (on site tech) for explaining all the worked performed in detail and listening to our concerns. Service call was responded to in a timely manner and technician was able to schedule service that day. Technician was knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnostics and was able to explain in easy to understand language what needed to be done. We appreciate both the wonderful customer service and our HVAC system that Anderson has provided.
