Matt showed up as scheduled to do a maintenance service and install a UV/Ozone generator into HVAC system. All went very well as Matt is a personable and competent young man. We discussed placement of the new equipment within the HVAC closet which is very tight. He wanted it in a position that was functional but was also within reach for convenient access. It was not a straight forward install but he managed to get it done with some sweat and lots of skill. Maintenance along with explanations went well as expected. All in all an excellent experience. I look forward to working with Matt again in the future. garyL

Matt from Andersen Heating and Cooling was fantastic! He came out for a routine maintenance visit and was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain what he was checking, answered all of my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail, he identified a few recommended fixes and explained why they mattered and what my options were. I truly appreciated the transparency and trust he built during the visit.

Because of the great experience, I’ll definitely be calling back to work with Matt again for the recommended repairs. If you’re looking for someone reliable, respectful, and skilled, Matt is your guy. Highly recommend Andersen Heating and Cooling!

I just replaced my air conditioning unit and furnace with Andersen. I had a great experience from start to finish, Hector was awesome! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy as well as friendly, he made everything so easy for me to understand and explained in detail very well. Hector made my experience very pleasant and I would recommend him to anyone. I had a smooth installation, and very I am very impressed with my results!

After trying Morris Jenkins, who focuses on new equipment sales, rather than repairs, and after unsuccessfully scheduling service with Brothers Heating and Air, who rescheduled twice on me, I renewed my HVAC service contract with my original home equipment installer, Anderson Heating & Cooling. I have been extremely pleased with their professionalism, politeness, extensive knowledge and experience as well as the care they have provided for my HVAC equipment without the sales pitch and push into a newer unit. Grateful for this company and Jonathan, the technician who is providing services per my contract!

Our Anderson HVAC Technician Bradley was fantastic! Professional and super knowledgeable he solved our problem with great efficiency and good old fashioned know-how! Bradley then proceeded to check and test all aspects of our system to insure everything was running smoothly. He documented his repair work and thorough inspection and shared the photos with us explaining in layman's terms the work he'd accomplished. In addition to being a complete Pro, Bradley was also friendly, warm, and personable! We give Bradley 10 stars and highly recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling!

Horrible Horrible company! If you own businesses BEWARE. I’ve contacted them about fixing my AC unit at my business and they never told me they were on their way the next thing you know I have an invoice for $3,000. I was pissed off because they didn’t confirm before working. I still paid because I understand what is means to run a reputable business. 2 days later my AC broke again. They came to fix it another $1,000. I’ve tried talking to who I assume is the owner because the last name is Anderson it was a mute point. I had severe leaks in my business after they left my customers complained because of how wet it is inside of my business. It was so hot in my business I finally resulted to another company & they fixed my issue immediately. it’s been weeks - MONTHS of back and forth and today I am tired. They had the AUDACITY to send me another invoice because I finally refused to give them any more money & they won’t be getting another dime from me. It’s a shame how you handle small businesses we’re supposed to be in this together or so I thought. I don’t recommend them at all.

Had this split air unit for about 2 years now. Let me talk about my horrible 14k investment into this split air system. It has been a nightmare from the start. The first 3 months I had over 4-5 maintenance/breakdown issues called in. Serviced over 2-3 times since bought. Barely does anything for my kitchen as far as cooling. Today a small rain storm and a complete nightmare in my restaurant… why is this unit pouring huge amounts of rain water. Did they not install my $12,000 unit correctly? I need someone to reach out to me ASAP and talk about a reimbursement of some sort! This is TOTALLY UNFAIR FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS!!!! Money down the drain, I hope this thing even gets a chance to turn back on after all this waterfall!!!! VERY UNHAPPY. I will never recommend Andersons Heating & Cooling to absolutely nobody!

Very disappointed with Anderson Heating and Cooling. I have a service contract for almost $400 annual. Past Two service calls all fine with no issues. This past service call the technician informed me that I needed close to $4000 worth of work and that one of the zones was installed incorrectly (without a motor), which by the way the entire heating/cooling system was installed by Anderson. Then the technician told me it was not Anderson's fault that the motor was not installed. I selected Anderson as they installed to units (which are only about 7 years old) and thought they would be honest and fair. I have very strong concerns about its honesty and inflated prices. I had an issue with thermostat and Anderson wanted to charge me over three hundred dollars for the same thermostat I got on Amazon for $100.
